The staff was most helpful and polite. The building and room were very clean and in excellent repair. The pool was clean and the water was not too chlorinated. Desk man gave great restaurant advice. Very handy to get on beltway and travel short distances to nice malls or downtown. Will stay here whenever in Raleigh.

Upon arrival, the check in staff, had much to learn but it is a very nice hotel, clean and large room. Free internet access. I would stay there again.

The hotel was clean, well lit, quiet, completely smoke free. The experience was good except for teh fire alarm that went off at 4:15 am needing to evacuate the hotel. After sitting outside for some time the alarm stopped and everyone went in. No hotel staff came out to update us as to the cause. The alarm went off again at 6:00am but only last about 30 seconds. The following day I had to make teh effort to find out what the problem was. The staff member was not very sympathetic and said some problem with the boiler room, leaky valvue and some steam or smoke or something. Other than that a pretty standard hotel. The continental breakfast had many choices. The front doors do not close/lock at night requiring a room key to enter. I suppose anyone could walk in.

Nice, quiet, rooms; good breakfast; friendly and helpful staff. Bed was a little lumpy, bathroom was small, room was a bit small. Nice hotel for business or leisure travel. Exceptionally clean, incredibly friendly and helpful staff, and nice selection on the breakfast buffet. Non-smoking hotel, which was nice. Bathroom was a bit small, but the room was very quiet which was nice since I was there to take the bar exam. Would recommend to friends and family in the future. Nice, clean, comfortable travel on a budget.

Room was typical but bad mold smell like it was wet locker room starting from the lobby, thru the halls, into the room. If you have sinus problems, then you probably would not mind staying here. Other than the smell, it would be a nice hotel

Everything was great from the moment I walked in the door the guy at the front desk was very nice and upbeat. The only thing I didn't like about the experience was I needed more towels on the 2nd day and when I went to ask the cleaning lady for them she was on her phone and turned around and ignored me and so I waited a few minutes for her to finish on her call and my boyfriend went out to get them from her and she did the same thing to him.

Great room for a two star hotel, it should be two and a half. Nothing. Great place and great location.

Maybe we had a lousy room because we had a small crated pet, but his crate was in better condition than the room! Linens were wrinkled and had to smell the pillows to make sure they were clean. Being Marriott Reward Elite Silver customers we were very disappointed.

It was a extreamly clean and nice hotel. Great price for what you get. The only thing I might say I didnt like was the breakfast area was far to small for the number of guests they had. So I just skiped it, they have coffee in each room anyways. But the staff knew what was going on in town, and very helpfull. Oh and the be! I had a king bed and it was to die for!! I would stay here again!

Excellent breakfast layout. Did not receive the room I requested. The hotel itself was clean. It was tucked away from the highway a bit so it was quieter than expected. Breakfast was laid out well, there was a good variety of food. However I requested a suite and received a regular king room and as such the room was way overpriced for the accommodations.

While not the largest, the suite was very excellent. We stayed longer than intended, because my wife and I both developed colds (NOT the hotels fault!) but the suite was very comfortable. Several nearby (but not walking) and nice restaurants.

I wanted a hotel just to relax in after finishing my college semester. I found this hotel had a great price for the location it was in. I liked the many stations of tv. I stayed up all night because there are so many to choose from. I stayed at this hotel 2 weeks ago and choose to stay again. Great breakfast. Lots to choose from with the waffle maker and Jimmy Dean sandwiches.

Breakfast, quiet atmosphere, location. No room service. Nice location, easy in and out, extremely helpful staff, nice breakfast, and the cable TV worked.

We stayed here while visiting the area, and are staying again as we search for a home in the area. Very convenient location, good value. Beds are great too.

It was all go the price the location an all that the hotel had to offer for the price free internet, breckfast, fast check in and out.

My best experience in this category. No complaints or even criticisms. I would not (and did not) hesitate to recommend this facility to anyone. Although no onsite restaurant was offered, the breakfast/snack arrangement was better than expected and always available and outside accommodations are close by. The room was clean and lovely; everything (e.g., plumbing) functioned superbly.

I went down Mememorial Weekend - Orbitz had a special weekend rate - it was the best rate out of 4 websites - and for the Farifield Marriot - that was a great thing. i was satisfied with the whole overall experience - i must say i was impressed

The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and all-in-all a really relaxing place. The staff was fine, but not overly friendly and outgoing. The Fairfield Inn was in the perfect location - not far from the airport - very close to great shopping and restaurants. The accommodations were clean and the decor very current and inviting. Pretty good continental breakfast and overall just a great place to stay.

Clean, nice and friendly. Nothing. The hotel was very nice and they were very friendly and had everything that we needed. The breakfast was wonderful and the service was great.
