This hotel is a great value. The breakfast was free and had many choices. My room was HUGE. Everything was brand new and clean and everyone was very helpful and friendly. I will stay here again when I come back to RI.

Almost brand new hotel. Had a really nice room and it was large. The staff was good. Would highly recommend this place.

Nice facility, but tricky to find tucked away from the main drag between two box stores on a street of box stores. Room was large and comfortable with excellent tempeprature control. Service verged on poor - my room was not cleaned one day and incompletely another day. Had to call out at the front desk to find someone on a couple of occasions.

Attentive housekeeper dusty, expensive products, no shade on windows Very friendly staff, nicely decorated, large rooms, great pricing, located in an excellent plaza with stores and restaurants, the items for sale in the marketplace were WAY too expensive. Breakfast was okay, but not the greatest. They charge you to get a newspaper you think is complementary. Some dust in the room. No shade on the windows, the sun woke us up at 6 am. Crack in the sink. But great stay. Nice pool, hot tub, not enough pool towels. Also not enough towels in the bathroom originally. They give you free Pantene ProV shampoo/conditioner and good soap.

Rooms were big and comfortable as well as clean. We were also impressed by how quiet it was in the rooms--no sounds of others in the halls and/or the other rooms. Staff was helpful and friendly. Nice complimentary breakfast too. The kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Will definitely stay here again. Good value for the money spent.

Staff was friendly. Pool was pretty small and did not provide any cable channels. Hotel was nice for the price. Not located in a romantic or appealing place. Surrounding by empty land and major businesses (Walmart, BJ, etc). Don't expect to watchTV because you only get 10 channels.

Front staff was very friendly. Poo/Hot tub was broken. Cold water andnot enough towels. Easy location, great staff and always had to call for something for my room, either towels, cups, soap, they never fully stocked the room after cleaning it. Alot of hair in the shower area that was not mine.

New and clean, big safe, free high speed internet. New street isunknown to Garmin, MapQuest, etc. Exactly what you'd expect of a brand spanking new Fairfield by Marriott.The room safe was one of the nice larger ones on a metal pedestal in the closet, with room for a lot more than a laptop, even a camera and bunch of lenses, etc. Free Ethernet cable and WiFi, I used (only) the Ethernet with no problems.

Very clean and safe. The hotel was great. The lobby and common areas were bright, open, and clean. The room was large and clean, with comfortable beds. The only downside was that it was such a busy weekend the front desk clerk accidentally double charged us, which was taken care of after we returned home by the hotel manager, who was very friendly helpful and understanding. The hotel is in the middle of a large shopping area, and seemed to be in a very safe location.

Use of business center and breakfast. Noisy cheerleaders - changed rooms. Staff was very helpful, but again teenagers were running up and down corridors screaming on Friday night, it was very annoying. I moved to quieter spot so had to pack and unpack.
