upon my arrival, I was greeted by a very friendly front desk agent. I am new to the area and the gentleman at the desk explained all local attractions and ammenities to me he went out of his way to find some phone numbers for me with out a complaint. The rooms are beautifully decorated with a homie feel to them !!!!! thanks again for all your help you will be seeing me again.

Great pool and continental plus breakfast. Pretty rooms. Kids playing soccer in the hallway until 10 pm. I liked the look of the hotel. The pool was great to entertain my son during down time. The continental breakfast was beyond my expectations and included waffle stations. I expected muffins and donuts!

The location. Staff was very friendly once arriving at the check in station. The cleanliness was amazing, no smelly carpets or unpleasant odors. The rooms were very nice, clean, and comfortable.

The location, the price and the value. The hotel is fine. It is very convenient for my purposes. The easy on/off to 495 is a plus. I was very satisfied. It was perfect. I have stayed there previously and will be back next fall and winter, too.

Super clean room and excellent front desk staff. The continental breakfast was great. The front desk clerk was excellent. He was friendly and even made a courtesy call to see if I needed anything. The bed was comfortable and the room was super clean. I even white gloved the top of a picture and found no dust. The continental breakfast was second to none. A delightful female hotel employee offered to make my waffle and told me to sit and relax and she would bring it to me. Overall, I have stayed at 4 star hotels and have not received this level of service or quality of room. I will stay there next trip.

Clean, comfortable & close to food & shopping! What a wonderful stay! Super friendly & helpful professional staff! The woman serving breakfast was an absolute sweetheart! Even the cleaning staff was smiling and happy! Snow & ice kept me off the road and at the hotel an extra day - it was a very pleasant experience and I would definitely stay here again!

The rooms were comfortable and clean. Asked staff for 3 days to correct internet problem, it never worked. The price and location suited my needs. The room was comfortable and clean. The front desk staff was not helpful at all. I had to use a public computer in the dining area to take care of business and check-in for my flight. I was very unsatisfied with the desk staff.

The beds were very comfortable. The breakfast could have been longer hours. I thought this hotel was very comfortable. We enjoyed the Jacuzzi and the room was very clean.

Convenient to highway. Not enough food at continental breakfast to feed guests; area messy. It was ok. The room had no fridge and the coffee wasn't good. The pool water didn't look clean at all so we didn't use it. The continental breakfast was horrible. Not enough food to supply demand or juice or fresh coffee. There was only one girl and she was also manning the desk. They were sold out that night before and should have staffed for it.
