Friendly and clean. The luggage carts were extremely hard to guide.

Front desk could not believe the rate of 71/night that I got online. Would stay there again...the breakfast was plentiful, the bed very comfy and even had good pillows!! Close by all eateries.

Nearly new and problem free. The king room was a little small, but comfortable. The free breakfast offered lots of options. We will stay here again!

The facility was very clean. The breakfast was not as enjoyable as other places I have stayed.

The room was spacious and immaculate. The mattress was so unbelievably comfortable that I stripped off the sheets to find the brand name--Serta. There were 4, count em, 4 good-sized pillows on the bed, so we did not need the extra pillows we always bring along. Breakfast included an unusual variety of selections, and the food was of high quality. Several good restaurants nearby, and the location is good-- just on the outskirts of Boone.

This hotel was very well maintained. Had above average amenities for a hotel in this price range. Great breakfast, they allowed me to check in early and were very friendly. Plan to stay here again my next trip to Boone.

The breakfast buffet was good. The room was very outdated and musky smelling. I expected more from a Marriott property.

We booked this room (217) for 3 nights, but checked out the very next morning. We went there to spend our anniversary...away from the kids, 1 of which is an infant. The window had a view of a WALL - SERIOUSLY! The Jacuzzi had red wine spilled on the edge from last occupant and some of the jets didn't work. The insulation was so poor in our room that every time the front sliding doors of the hotel opened and shut, it sounded like thunder. We kept getting up to look out the window to see if a storm was coming. Of course, all we could see was a wall.We were unfortunate enough to be placed next to a rather rude guest with screaming children who kept us awake until after 11pm. There was a double door that connected our rooms. It was so poorly insulated that it felt like we were in the same room with them. Not only that, but every time they, or anyone else, went into or out of their room, the door would slam, and it was so loud it actually made us jump! We were awakened at around 3am to the sound of one of the children crying, and again at 6am, when they woke up.We chose to check out that morning even though we were scheduled to stay for 3 days. The lady on duty was kind enough to clear our bill for us because of all the trouble. While we were discussing our grievances with her, the lady in line behind us also commented on the poor insulation in her room. We booked a room at the Green Park Inn. We had to pay a little more, but it was clean and QUIET!

The Fairfield Inn was comfortable. The extra chair made watching tv in the room enjoyable. The bed was one of the most comfortable I have had in a hotel room. There was plenty of room for two of us. While a little off the beaten path it was not to far out of the way of the local amenities. The breakfast was good with many different options.

Front desk people were wonderful. Room was small. Someone in a room near us was smoking and that was uncomfortable. No smoking signs were everywhere. Overall it was good. Very nice breakfast.

The Fairfield Inn was very nice and comfortable. It is a great family place to stay. It is very affordable compared to some of the other Hotel.

Convenient, clean, and well maintained. None. Good location. Good price, but the sign on the street could be better (I almost drove right past it).

We stayed in a King Leisure room and it was nice with 2 tvs and a separate seating area. The bed was ok and the shower was good. The staff was nice and the continental breakfast was good. It has a good location and is located next to several restaurants and shopping. We would probably stay here again.

The pool was unclean had a murky like water apearance. Overall it was an unpleasant experience. For what I paid per night you would have expected better amenities and more accomadating staff.

Could hear noises in hall way and residents on upper floor.

Nice bed and bathroom. Small room. The hotel was nice. Our keys were deactivated after the first day, so we had to deal with that. The pool was very small. The breakfast muffins were frozen. The coffeemaker in the room only makes one cup at a time. It wasn't horrible, but there were plenty of places near by that I would stay next time rather than going back to the Fairfield.
Date of Stay:
April, 2009
The staff was courteous and the room was very comfortable and pleasant. The hotel was a bit far from the ASU campus, and certainly not within walking distance. The entire experience was satisfactory and pleasant. The room was a nice size, clean, and well furnished. The breakfast met my expectations and was continuously re-stocked and attended to. A very nice experience and I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

Clean, nice room, friendly staff, expected level of comfort. Nothing.
