The Fairfield Inn in Austintown was great! The room was spectacular: extra roomy, pull out couch. Beds were very comfy. Bathroom was extra large. Separate sitting area where couch was, complete with another tv and stereo. The only thing that I did not like about this hotel was the driveway and that it came out adjacent to a stop light. I would highly recommend this hotel. Lots of restaurants nearby as well.

Location. Continental breakfast could be expanded with more choices. Conveniently located midway between Chicago and Newark, N.J. with attractive large rooms and bath area but with very old analog TV sets. Rate through Priceline was great!

"Rooms were clean, good free breakfast selection, coffee was a little weak but otherwise a good experience."

Pool and patio area. Room was not cleaned. Perfect for an inexpensive place to stay.

I was pleasantly suprised at this hotel - as I wasn't plannning to stop - but was tired from driving. Two TV's - very clean and pleasantly decorated - a sitting area - Microwave and Frig were a surprise. I will use this chain in the future when I especially need that feature. One down point was doing some computer work at the desk and not being able to watch the TV news as well. The placement of TV and desk needs to be improved.

The hotel had everything we hoped it would be. The staff was helpful and the continental breakfast was good. We loved it all. Everything was clean and well taken care of. We would definitely stay at this location again.

Accommodating staff. Outside security entrance was malfunctioning. Very clean, very friendly people and great price.

Very close to the I-80.

Good room, good breakfast! Fix the whirlpool spa already! And put a bell at the front desk. Checking in is the hardest part - on two visits a week apart there was no attendant at the desk, and no bell to ring. The whirlpool spa at the pool was out of service both visits. While they're at it, they can bring the pool room bathroom and shower back into service. Otherwise a fine room, good stay, with a comprehensive breakfast.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Pool was very dirty, hot tub was broken, so swimming was out! Pretty happy with the money spent.

PC with internet available to guests. Slipped in bathtub; no soap dish at shower level.

The breakfast. The smoking in the hotel. This would have been an excellent hotel if they had enforced their no-smoking policy. The person with the adjoining room was a smoker. My son has bad asthma and the smoking affected his medical condition. The staff offered to move us, but it was 12:00 am, and we did not want to have to be even more inconvenienced.

The continental breakfast was better than average. The in wall heater/AC unit did not turn on and off. Fan constantly running and noisy. This hotel was conveniently located off I-80. We arrived late and the staff was friendly. Our room was cold at first but did not take real long to warm up. Did not like the window unit heater as I had to get up in the middle of the night to shut it off. The fan did not turn on and off and was noisy. The continental breakfast was better than usual. They had French toast made from white bread, cereals, yogurt, juices, toast, muffins, instant oatmeal, breakfast sandwiches that could be warmed in microwave, etc. There also was coffee available. The shower and bathroom were clean.

I have stayed at this particular location several times and each and every time I ask for toothpaste and they don't have it. Very clean and friendly, nice accomodations, found a couple of stray hairs on my bed this time though.

Fairfield Inns can be relied on to be clean, comfortable and reliable. Hot tub was out of service. This facility meets the expectations of the traveler.

Clean, friendly, closer to highway, provided breakfast & overall we are happy with our stay. Should have the inner curtain to the width of the window to block lighting. Pretty good, happy with our stay. Liked the free internet access.

It was clean, safe and the breakfast was good. The motel was convenient to the interstate; close to nice restaurants and shopping centers.

Nice room size. Mainly bathroom. Show rod almost fell down, light above microwave did fall down. I liked the hotel and staff but had to be careful with shower curtain because the screws holding the shower curtain rod mounts were pulling out of wall. The light above to microwave actually fell down on my wife when she went to turn it on. The screws were too small for the holes and it looked like it had happened before. Over all it was very nice though.
