Very clean, very accommodating! Friendly and helpful staff. We throughly enjoyed our stay at this facility. The staff went out of their way to make you feel at home and welcome. Very clean and loaded with extras.

Close to the zoo and places to eat. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. upgraded room had no view and was right by the elevator.

Great interior! Wonderful atmosphere. The pool was small, and there were children in it. The staff was wonderful and helpful. The hotel had a great interior design.

This is a new and modern hotel with fresh decor. It was very clean with convenient furniture. It was close to the NC Zoo, which was our destination, with easy access to the Zoo Parkway. There were several low key places to eat very close by, including Rockola, which is walking distance. The staff were all very friendly and helpful and the building and rooms were clean. Our only problem was that we didn't get a chance to use the pool or hotub. They were both rather small, and from open to close were packed with poeple - mainly screaming children. Other than that, it was a grat trip.

Hotel was only a few months old and staff was excellent. This hotel was only a few months old. It had beautiful rooms and bathrooms. Good pool facilities and was quiet. The staff immediately called to make sure our rooms were satisfactory. Close to restaurants and golf courses. New, spotlessly clean, quiet with excellent facilities and staff and breakfast was great.

Clean and comfortable. Laptop had to be hard wired, unable to get wireless to work. This hotel has been open less than 2 months. It was extremely clean and comfortable. I would stay here again.

The rooms were just a little too small. The staff was more than happy to help in any way they could. The rooms were quite and very clean. I really enjoyed me stay with them. I think they were a great hotel and very kid friendly.
