Clean, comfortable, felt safe, convenient airport shuttle/free car parking, quiet, restaurants within walking. Could hear people in the room above/ will stay upstairs next time! I would recommend this hotel to everyone who is flying out of the San Jose airport. You can leave your car there, get prompt free shuttle service to and from the airport. Everything, including: the fitness center, pool, breakfast, the room having a safe,microwave, and refrigerator, were all so convenient. Several restaurants are directly in front of the hotel. It's very quiet, and right off of the freeway. We could not have done better!

We stayed there for 2 nights. It's close to SJC, free breakfast and shuttle to airport. The staffs are very helpful and friendly. They have very clean room . Didn't use fitness center but looked from outside and it looks nice and clean with free towels.

Not crowded, inexpensive, comfortable, new continental breakfast. We have been staying here since our son started college in this town and have always appreciated that it is clean, reasonably priced, and never busy. The staff is always courteous and willing to help with whatever we need. We will continue coming back as long as our son lives in San Jose.

This hotel was newly remodeled and was a very nice place to stay. The staff tried, but was not very helpful with questions about local bus routes to see the sights.

The staff was very friendly and helpful with directions to locations, need for a roll-away, etc. Only one computer for guests to use. Overwatering in the landscaping. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the rooms and property clean and well maintained. We will definitely recommend this hotel to friends and families actually, already have.

It was very nice and accommodating. Wanted to take a bath rather than shower & plug didn't work. No shower caps. When I mentioned to front desk at checkout she was very apologetic and said I should have told them, she would have had it repaired. That's OK

Clean. Hard bed, bathroom fan deafening, air conditioner loud. I stayed for 2 nights and did not sleep due to the poor quality of the bed, loud air conditioner. Opened door instead and freeway noise was better at night. Bathroom light was part of fan and made it difficult to tolerate while brushing teeth and grooming. Poor lighting for women to put on make-up. Never stay here again.

Very clean environment, close to freeways and eateries. Everything was wonderful. The staff and security were friendly, rooms and common areas very well kept. Great location, close to freeways, food, gas station and public transportation. Good selection for continental breakfast. I thought I was at the wrong hotel because of the price. I was expecting just a so-so hotel. Have recommended to friends and family.

Slept great! Best continental breakfast I've seen! King sized room was smaller than double queen. But thats the only things. We had a great but short stay. The bed was the best nights sleep I'd had in months! My husband really enjoyed the varied selection at the free continental breakfast.

The staff was friendly and the bed was comfy. My key stopped working. This place is very comfortable. Easy access to expressway or to the metro. The rooms are beautiful. The beds are comfy. I'm glad I found this place and would stay again.

Clean, nice floor plan, great breakfast - A++++ I had to leave. Hands down the best hotel I have ever stayed in for this price. Don't even think about staying anywhere else when you are in San Jose. Great front desk staff, clean room, comfortable bed, doesn't miss their breakfast - very nice as well. For the price this place can't be beat.

Convenient to downtown San Jose. A lot of messy renovation and construction junk visible. Overall this was a decent place to stay for the price. Proximity to downtown San Jose is good but actual location is difficult to get to due to being located close to the light rail tracks; however that is also convenient if you don't have a car. There is a lot of renovation going on and they did not do a good job of keeping it isolated strong chemical smells in the halls and open doors with rooms with ripped up carpet, etc contributed to a shabby feel for an otherwise decent facility.

Very clean. Had an incident with a maid taking something by mistake, but it was later returned? Everything was new and clean. The location was good. They even have a nice free continental breakfast. Overall, I was pleased with the hotel.

The interior of the room. The pool/Jacuzzi was under renovation. The hotel was great! This is the best hotel I've stayed at so far. If I had my way I'd always want to stay here. Good location.

Low price, newly decorated room, plentiful continental breakfast. Fire alarm went off in early morning three times, management did not call patrons. Simple, convenient, great breakfast. Nice new rooms.

Close to the airport. Possible bed bugs or something that bit me several times. I was rather surprised that I had a problem with possible bed bugs biting me. I mentioned it to the front desk guy in the morning at check out but he didn¿t seem to care maybe because he was really busy.
