We had a very late arriving flight into the Raliegh area. I called the hotel to confirm our room would be held and the staff member was very polite and reassured me that it was our room and would be available once we got there. He even upgraded us to a double room versus a king room, as there were four member's in our party and the online service did not give us the option of selecting a double. When we arrived we were promptly checked in and given the keys to our room. The room was very clean and very quiet. The beds were compfortable and the staff was polite, friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast was fully stocked with a wide variety of choices. PERFECT.

GREAT breakfast accommodations, comfortable beds, and fitness room. Parking availability. Very pleased. Staff was courteous and helpful. Pleasantly surprised to find both a pool and a fitness center. Nice touch to have a paper delivered to the door of our room. The breakfast accommodations, (at the bar) were fabulous - plentiful selections of nutritious options, and more!

Overall a very good facility situated nicely between raleigh and chapel hill. Staff needs more attention to detail when cleaning room.

I enjoyed my stay (for a conference). My room was nice and spacious with a comfortable king-sized bed. Breakfast buffet choices were excellent--great fruit, biscuits, and coffee! The price was also very reasonable. Fabulous chocolate cookies in the lobby area Thursday night! Would stay again without hesitation.

Easy to get to from the airport, and Raleigh/Durham are less than 20 min. away via I-40. The rooms were clean, and apart from a slightly musty smell in the bathroom, they were perfect. They are slightly understaffed at the moment, so services might take longer than you would like, but otherwise this was a great place to stay.

Extremely convenient location for my purpose. Nothing was "wrong". For travelers who need a clean, comfortable, convenient hotel for RDU airport, this is great! I think it would also be a good location for someone (with an auto) to explore other Raleigh/Durham locations, since it's so convenient to Rt 40. The hotel has a nice pool and a comfortable breakfast area, both pluses. They also have free shuttle service to & from the airport.

Th Fairffield Inn was conveniently located by the airport. A free airport shuttle was provided as well as a continental breakfast, complete with waffles, egg mcmuffins, juices, cereal, fruit, pasteries, bagels.... There are several restaurants nearby which you can walk to, however the airport shuttle will also drive you in the evening when it is dark, and you can call them when you finish eating for a shuttle to return to the hotel. Very friendly check-in, they will also print your boarding passes for you.

Nice facilities. Very accessible from RDU Airport. Guest room overall clean, but a number of cleaning needs noted. Very good accommodations. Rooms with 2 double beds all that was offered. Called on phone while in CO. Again, nothing but double beds. During our check in process, the hotel clerk, without ever being prompted, asked if double beds were okay or if we would rather have something else. We were impressed with this service. Continental breakfast very good.

Great value all around. We used the Fairfield as a layover on to other destinations (it's right by RDU) and couldn't have been happier. I would definitely stay here again as it is convenient, economical, clean and friendly. I didn't get to try out the pool, but I will definitely try it next time we stop there.

The hotel was beautiful. We loved it. No complaints. This hotel really surprised us being only a 2 star, we expected much less. It was a beautiful room, the bed was very comfortable. I judge a hotel by the bath tub and this one was exceptionally clean, no mold or stains. The shower curtain was very clean and white. We were very pleased with our stay. The continental breakfast was exceptionally nice with a great selection to choose from and the wait staff was very friendly and helpful.
