Staff was very pleasant and helpful. I had booked the wrong night and they went out of their way to straighten out my error. Waffles and chocolate milk was decent for breakfast.

Absolutely nothing. Everything. We werevery disappointed with this hotel. It was very noisy and small. The TV was an antique even though they advertised a flat screen. We will never stay there again.

We had easy access from I 10 west, when my family arrived easy checkin I was surprise to see fresh fruit on display at checkin desk wonderful for the little ones after a long ride. Later that afternoon their were cookies. Inside swimming pool, no sunburn for me and a whirl pool and we did not have too bring or own towels .NO SMOKING hotel I love that since I had heart disease. The staff were friendly and helpful, we needed a rollaway bed it was there in about 5 minutes, extra towels.....etc And the breakfast was wonderful, waffles, biscuits and sausage gravy, cereal, juices, milk and Jimmy Deans sausage biscuits, bagels, Etc and the COFFEE was the best.......Yes I would stay here again..........

Stayed one night on an outing to Blue Bayou water park. Room was clean and the pool came in handy for the little ones. The wonderful continental breakfast was a pleasant surprise. Would definately stay here again!

The breakfast was really good. The room was big enough and clean. It was unusually busy for a random weekend in March. My husband and I enjoyed our stay. The breakfast was really good although both mornings (at 7:30 and at 9) the breakfast area was very busy. The workers were very welcoming and pleasant.

Friendly staff, clean, bright room, good breakfast, exceptional manager, would stay again and would recommend. Had a better experience than friends who stayed in hotel that cost twice as much.

We were on a long road trip and this stay was near the end of our trip. The staff were friendly and helpful. We wanted to go to a local place for dinner and enjoy some authentic Louisiana cuisine. The front desk lady gave us a great recommendation and good directions for some great food and live music. We had a really enjoyable night!

The location, cleanliness, internet, and pool were super. The pool area had a very strong chlorine smell. After 30 minutes my eyes were burning. The hot tub was overly hot. Our stay at the Fairfield Inn in Baton Rouge was very good. We might consider staying there again. It was conveniently located, clean, offered a very nice breakfast, had free Internet in the room, and had an indoor pool. We appreciated the pool in the evenings. It is located close to I-10, so it was easy to get to, but it was quiet. The staff could be seen working around the facility all of the time-cleaning, doing general maintenance, and keeping busy. All of the workers were friendly and helpful.

The hotel was very clean, front desk personnel were very professional. The problem is they placed me in a room for the physically impaired which was close to the pool and a lot of noise and activity. I asked why I was put in a handicap room and if I could change to a standard room in a quieter area. They told me that's all they had. I made reservations in advance and they gave me what was left? The room was nice and clean, but it was moist as if something was wrong with the AC unit.

It was clean and it smelled good. On the confirmation it said the rooms had flatscreen tvs in them and they did not. We had a very nice stay. The breakfast was really good. The hotel was in a very good location and easy access to the interstate.

The room was great. The service was the best. The breakfast was fantastic. We were two adults and two children. We got the king exec. suite and the beds were the most comfortable I had ever slept in at any hotel, and I have stayed in four star hotels. The children were even comfortable on the pull out sofa. Their pull out fills like a regular hotel bed. No bar in your back. Way to go Fairfield Inn I will always stay here when in Baton Rouge.

Our recent visit at the Fairfield Inn was surprisingly wonderful. The rooms were so clean and actually smelled nice. The room was supplied with an iron and ironing board and ample room to hang your clothing. There was also a coffee pot and a hair dryer The beds were nice and compfy with clean bedding. The staff was friendly and very helpful. They were even cheerful that next morning. I would definitely stay in this hotel on our next visit to Baton Rouge.

Very nice, close to mall, in a quiet area, clean. This hotel was wonderful. The staff was excellent. The breakfast was good, too. We were just a short distance from the mall and other shopping.

the hotel elevator only worked a portion of the time. we had to carry our luggage up and down the stairs during check-in and check-out. hotel rooms were good.

The Fairfield was very inviting. Comfortable, nice large bathroom, spacious room, the king size bed did not swallow the space. Excellent location--five minutes from the largest mall in the city--what more can I say!

Indoor pool. Small rooms, very uncomfortable bed, rude manager. The front desk staff was very nice and helpful. The manager on duty was rude and not very customer-service oriented. Indoor pool was nice for kids and breakfast was fine. Room was small and bed was most uncomfortable. Will not stay again.
