My first stay at this location and it was clean, friendly and quick access to the freeways. Decent value for the location.

Nothing! Everything. All rooms smelled bad. Not clean at all. Terrible hotel. Extended stay in Bellevue off Main is awful. Every floor except floor 1 reeked of cigarette smoke! Had change rooms 3 times to get a decent one. Never will I stay there again!

Very nicely furnished, clean, comfortable and safe. No fridge or microwave in room.

Private quiet setting, clean rooms and friendly staff. Nice, quiet, clean hotel set back in the trees so feels more private. Staff was helpful and accommodating. Pool is kind of small but has a nice area for parents to sit and watch kids have fun. Rooms are clean and spacious.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. There was not a mini fridge in the room. The curtains wouldn't close and there was a light out the window, so the room couldn't get dark at night. Other than no mini-fridge, and the curtains not being able to close, the room was great. The bed was comfortable, and the WiFi worked great.

Staff was very helpful and knowledgeable for out of towners. We were on the far end of the hotel and there is only one elevator at the opposite end. Great Hotel, We had a small issue because three junior hockey teams were staying there and they were running up and down the halls yelling. Also some one had an accident in the pool so they had to close it but as a gesture they called a neighboring hotel and we were able to go over there to swim; they went above and beyond what they had to. Great staff and accommodations.

The bed was nice. Chemicals used gave me a migraine; noisy guests. This is a nice hotel, but my stay was bad because the hotel put me in a corridor of rooms that were all filled with a youth hockey team from out of town. These kids ended up pounding on my door at 11:00 at night and I had to change rooms. I think the staff did a great job by giving me a new room right away; but they never should have put anyone in that room at all.

Great breakfast! Overall, customer service was great with the exception of one woman who rolled her eyes at any request. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay. The hotel was really close to the freeway which was very nice for because I spent most of my time in Downtown Seattle. It really close to shopping and dinning in Bellevue. The breakfast was really nice. The room was nice and very clean. Overall I was very happy with my stay.

Although we got in late, our reception was friendly, alert and professional. Since we got in so late I had to park far away from our room location. This is a clean well run hotel, with all the conveniences needed for a great stay. There is a pool, laundry, fitness room and internet access. They even have the hotel address on the computer screen, which I loved as I had to go to map quest to plan the next leg of our journey.

Good location off the freeway, clean and comfortable. A little small. The Fairfield inn is comfortable, friendly, and parking is easy. The breakfast was good and I liked that there was no freeway noise. I also enjoyed the computer web use and the pool and exercise room. The free paper was a plus as well.

Location, trend setting and good waffles. Orange juice watered down, boiled eggs pallid and tasteless. Enjoyed staying at the Fairfield Inn - always clean and proximity to Bellevue is very convenient. Breakfast was uninspiring and for the most part, tasteless. We went elsewhere the second morning of our stay.
