Convenience, breakfast, helpful staff, quality, comfort.

Very helpful staff; let us get to our room (about 1130PM) and "do the paperwork" in the morning

Very accommodating to our family, traveling with handicapped parents & small kids. Abit difficult in finding easily. Have stayed twice and would again.

Management very helpful. No vending on 2nd floor. A very clean and nice place to stay. All staff friendly and management very helpful and patient in giving directions. If it wasn't for their directions, I'd be going the wrong way!

The hotel was clean, staff was friendly and helpful. Enjoyed the breakfast. The pool was clean and inviting. I was extremely happy with my stay and so was my husband . We were also traveling with relatives and they were very happy with the hotel!

We loved the continental breakfast, pool, extra friendly service and overall cleanliness. Hot tub in pool area was not clean.

Convenient, clean, priced competitively. Nice place to stay if traveling through or on business in Scranton for a few days. (There's a residence inn next door if staying longer.)

We loved the convenience the pool and the breakfast. Found stuff left from a previous visitor under the bed.

It was clean, comfortable, and a terrific location for shopping. It had a poor selection of movies to rent. The Fairfield Inn was clean and comfortable. The personnel were friendly and very helpful. I would go back to this hotel in a heartbeat.

Closeness. The elevators and hallways were really dirty, The continental breakfast helper was obnoxious. Rude and bothersome to everyone that was present. Bot just us. The hotel lobby, hallways and elevator was really dirty. The room was clean.

Breakfast area and lobby were very attractive. Sheets on one of my two beds stained and room smelled of smoke. Aside from the two disappointments in the room I was assigned (a smoky odor and stains on sheets in one of the two beds) this hotel was highly impressive for the cost.

Excellent service, friendly atmosphere and excellent breakfast. Overall, exceeded expectations. Desk clerk made a phone followup to ensure room was satisfactory and if they could help in any way.Excellent!

I earn Marriott rewards. Having to drive through a mall parking lot. The people were great and the room was adequate. The continental breakfast was like eating from a vending machine.

Although only one young lady was on staff on Friday night, she was incredibly helpful and kind. There was one young girl on the hotel staff the entire night. She had only been working there about one week. It was unsafe and chaotic. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. I was told the entire hotel was smoke free yet our room obviously had been a room to previous smokers. It was smelly and bothered those of us with allergies. Additionally, there was one employee on staff the night we checked in and stayed. She was very young and had only worked there for one week. She did her very best but it was incredibly busy and there were many housekeeping problems that she had to attend to. I also think it was not very safe.

We love this place. They even put LCD TV in the rooms now, too. We loved it the way it was, this was a bonus! We love the pool and hot tub, and the free breakfast. A+.

Excellent location and good breakfast. Nice hotel, friendly staff, in a good location. Met all my expectations and hope to stay there again.

Relatively inexpensive. Stiff sheets and towels, room could have been cleaned better.

We stay here a lot! I am so glad this hotel always picks us when we have to stay in the area. This hotel is wonderful! Clean rooms, pool area, jacuzzi, nice breakfast. I love this place!

Service, staff, the coffee, the room. 2 spots of mold on bathtub and sink pipe rust. Economy, small, clean, pleasant, pool, bland. Great for what I needed.
