It was clean and well kept, great locations and staff was very friendly. The elevator was really slow and there was only one elevator. See my answer for what you liked about this hotel.

Very nice staff, clean and comfortable room. New TV, and an extremely comfortable bed. Very quiet, and very close to restaurants and shopping. Would highly recommend!

Excellent breakfast menu. No microwave in the room and ice machine was only on the 1st floor. I would definitely stay at this hotel again because of cleanliness and location.

Overall nice, clean room. Poor quality paper products, expensive for accommodations. The hotel was clean and in good location for us. The Fairview is not the top of the line so we thought it was a little pricey for the services offered.

It must be the Motel 6 of Marriott. Too small, only one washcloth and it was dirty. I would not recommend it to anyone that is expecting a 2.5 stars or better.

Not very accommodating; room was in need of repair work. Nice hotel, but the staff was unwilling to accommodate anything different. The bathroom door would not shut properly, and the shower knob was missing.

Location, cleanliness, breakfast room, pool. Uncomfortable bathtub. This hotel was a great for the price. The location was superb with easy access to many major restaurants and shopping and theatres. It was easy to find. The pool area was very clean. The breakfast room was really great with TV, newspapers and self serve foods available. There was an attendant to help with anything you needed. The room was small for 2 beds but comfortable. I would definitely stay there again. Oh! and the pop/candy machines were reasonably priced which is rare for a hotel.

The breakfast was convenient and kid-friendly. Something for all 4 of my kids. I had to stay in a smoking room. For what my family was there for, this hotel was perfect. It is close to Lagoon and other fun family attractions. We had a wonderful time and the hotel was in the right spot. The breakfast was wonderful, the pool was super fun, and the beds were comfortable.

The bed was fantastic. The breakfast was great for kids. The pool was small and so were the rooms. The hotel was fine for our needs. Nothing fancy at all. The pool was very small. I did have problems with the hotel staff when I first booked the room.

I loved the location, there was a mall, a target, theaters and places to eat galore. I had bad customer service at check in. Overall it was good. There was lots to do and the location was great. It had a pool and breakfast as well so that's always a plus, the TV was small and the room was a little cramped but it was a nice stay.

The location was great, although a little close to freeway. I asked for no smoking, they put me in a smoking room. The whole level was smoking I choked all night long so did my kids. They didn't care. It needs to change its name to Motel 6. It is by far a 2 star Motel.

The decor was light and refreshing. Open space and clean. The mattress had a lump in the middle. Perfect location for almost any needs. Stores, restaurants, entertainment, freeway access, you need it, it was not far away.

Friendly staff. The pool was closed. It was a little difficult to get to but the staff was friendly, the breakfast was great and the room was clean. We were disappointed that the pool was out of commission.
