The Fairfield Inn in Racine, Wisconsin is not a good value for the money. There is a safe in the room they charge you for (that we didn't use). When the front desk took it off my bill, they really re-added it and I had to go back twice. Children staying in the hotel were really rowdy - running up and down in the halls and laying in the elevator asking for tip money. When I complained, then my husband after me, then our neighbors across and to the left of us - the rowdy children kept on. Night staff tried to take care of the situation but daytime check out staff was rude. Pool way to small - too many kids, couldn't swim. Would not stay here again.

Useful amenities - fridge - microwave - Wi-Fi - iron. Dining area wastoo small/crowded coffee was below average. Everything was great, personable associate at the desk, everything was clean. Comfortable bed and great value!

This hotel was clean, and was a good value for the rate we paid. We found everything was there that a traveling family needed.

We liked our room very much. Street noise was excessive in our room. We would stay there again, it was close to everything we needed. It was neat and clean the staff was friendly and helpful.

We loved the complimentary breakfast, and the friendliness of staff. I would like better TV's-but TV was not why we were there! The rooms were clean and spacious. We liked the amenities (breakfast, pool, safe in room, hair dryer, coffee maker). The staff was nice, especially the ladies that stocked the breakfast bar!

Very friendly maids, wonderful hot breakfast, clean room comfortable bed. Two large groups, kids sports teams hung out in lobby. It was great. No fridge, microwave, breakfast or free internet. Room layout was poor. We rented for 4 people and got a bed and sofa. Desk clerk laughed when I told her hotwire rated their hotel a three star. Was very pleased with what we got through you for less than three stars!
