Great place if parking were better

It was clean and close to the hub of town. It was noisy and the room was small as well as the bed, We hated the bed sizie. It was a clean room. But noisy. The beds were really small. The pool and spa look clean.

We got to this hotel, and we have stayed here before, and they told us that if we had arrived five minutes earlier the price would have been thirty dollars less. There were plenty of rooms availiable but they jacked our price up thirty dollars. How ridiculous is that? IF you stay here, make sure you book before hand to avoid this. I even had a Marriott rewards card and that did nothing for me. The beds are wonderful.

the staff was very profesional, the location was great , across the street you had a mall , restaurants walking distance, and close to byu campuss. the rooms were clean and comfortable . the indoor pool was great and the breakfast was very good.. the only thing that was wrong was that the ice machine did not have ice,but overall i was very satisfied and i would stay ther again...

We stayed at several hotels during our vacation and this was by far the worst. We even stayed at another Marriott in Provo, and it was good. The parking lot is too small, there are not enough parking spaces for the number of rooms they have. The room was clean, but the air conditioner did not work. When we called the front desk to advise them, they told us they would fix it after we left. Needless to say we did not get much sleep in the hot room. Bottom line stay somewhere else, there are other better hotels in this area.

Easy access, comfortable, good breakfast. Everything was great. I was very pleased with this hotel. It was easy access from the freeway, had very comfortable rooms, the staff was exceptionally nice and helpful. The breakfast was very good. I would stay here again.

Location. Wall shared with the stairwell very noisy. Beds were against the same wall as the stairwell. The wall vibrated every time someone went up or down the stairs or rolled suitcases down in the morning. Although friendly, housekeeping came late in the afternoon or early evening, once after dinner. No safety latches on the window which faced the parking lot. Convenient location across from the Provo Towne Centre Mall and freeway access.

when I experienced a problem, hotel staff took care immediately. 1 bed in room - and a 20.00 charge per room for change to 2 queens. Weasked for 2 rooms and wanted them close to eachother. Hotel stated that they would try to accommodate but could not promise anything. The rooms were right next to each other (great). One room had a plumbing problem and the hotel immediately moved us to another room so we ended up farther away from the other room but a bigger, more comfortable room. Continental breakfast was just okay. Staff at the hotel made every effort to meet our needs.

Great location right off freeway;. They let the breakfast dwindle prior to closing time. Generally this hotel was what we expected. It was clean and comfortable, and we'd stay there again. If you get there then, which we often do because we have three very small children, there is little left to choose from, plates were all gone, and in some cases, they were already putting some foods away. It is more sensible to, if saying the cafe is open until 10am, to keep it stocked and serviced until about 10:30 since most people, in my opinion, will interpret a 10am closing time to mean that if they get there by 10am, they'll be able to eat.

Very comfy beds. The room had a bad odor. The rooms and pool and breakfast were good. We enjoyed ourselves a lot. The only drawback was the odor in the rooms. I had to buy a room freshener.

Close to restaurants and shopping. NA. Decent room. Parking was cramped. Pool was nice and breakfast had a nice variety and was well stocked. Some of the staff was helpful with concierge services.

Tastefully decorated, nice pool and workout room, large bathroom. No complimentary breakfast. We loved this hotel. It was quiet, clean, well decorated, spacious - including the bathroom!

Location. News paper outside room in the morning. Excellent complimentary breakfast with many choices. Unable to request two beds in room instead of single bed. Needed two beds in room.

Newspaper was every morning in front of our door. No workout room. Conveniently located. Good selection of food for complimentary breakfast. Comfortable rooms.
