We went to Portsmouth just for the night. The hotel was clean and quiet. The staff was friendly and helpful. It was a few minute drive into downtown. We would have liked a jacuzzi to relax in after our drive. The pool was outside and clean.

Waffle lady makes you waffles at breakfast :D Bling bling! Internet always works but runs very slow evening hours to 1am. Excellent place to rest your head. Staff is friendly and helpful. Room and linens are always clean and neat. Free parking, free internet, and pool out front. Front desk will also provide guests with free passes to Golds Gym down the street.

This is a high end Fairfield Inn but Fairfield Inn's are not comparable to most other Marriott Hotels. The breakfast food was average, though the service was wonderful. Internet worked great, rooms were quiet.

The continental breakfast was the biggest and best I have ever had. There was limited TV channels unless you were willing to pay more money. I thought that the staff was excellent and friendly. The hotel was in prime location for our shopping in Kittery and very close to Hampton Beach. We loved it.

Staff was friendly and helpful, accommodations excellent, continental breakfast superb. This hotel far exceeded my expectations! The staff was wonderful, the room comfortable and inviting, and the food was wonderful. I have stayed at higher-star-rated Marriot hotels before, and none of them have included a continental breakfast! The breakfast even included eggs and waffles!

Loved the remodel. Wish the pool had been open! To early in season. The stylish remodel was excellent. The microwave and frig in room was wonderful. The continental breakfast room was excellent and well-stocked. The attendant was very diligent and helpful.

The staff was very friendly and the bed was extremely comfortable. None smoking facility but staff accommodated us by putting us next to an exit. Very pleased with this hotel. Our room was nice and clean. The king bed was the most comfortable that I've slept in at a hotel. Being smokers at first we were unhappy that we got a hotel that was completely smoke free. However the staff was awesome they moved our room to the first floor right next to the exit door by the outside smoking area. I would gladly stay at this hotel again!

Wonderful breakfast selections (DIY waffles) beautiful room (like an ikea catalog). Everyone at the hotel was extremely pleasant easy to get to, immediately off of I-95 great continental breakfast selection they even have a waffle iron so you can make your own waffles in room was beautiful, looked like a photo in an Ikea catalog not on the coast as the name implies.

Convenience, clean, and complimentary breakfast. Soda machine took only quarters. Hotel was very clean, comfortable and people helpful and friendly. Only wish that soda machine took dollars.
