We had a great stay. They had a free shuttle to the Jet Express. The rooms were nice and clean. The staff was extremely nice and helpful. We would definitly stay again.

Close to Cedar Point. Very clean. Great staff and great free breakfast choices!!! Would stay again. The room was huge and clean. Didn't swim in the pool but it looked very clean.

Our hotel room was clean and the staff friendly. The location is easily accessible from major freeways. Pool area is clean and well maintained. The cost, however, is too high for the quality of this hotel. The free breakfast is good, but they could use more than 1 microwave. Breakfast lInes tend to get very long.

the hotel was fine, it was what I expected. there was a problem at first with the desk staff not understandnig the Orbizt confirmation and giving me the wrong room, but is was quiclkly resolved to my satisfaction.

The hotel was nice, but not quite as nice as I expected for a Fairfield Inn. The housekeeping needs to be improved somewhat, that would have made my stay more pleasant. The continental breakfast was very nice and had alot of offerings.

I was surprised they had no elevator. I reserved our room in advance and still got a room next to the stairs, which were very noisy. The rooms are poorly insulated against sound, you can here the talking in the next room and all surrounding showers sound like they are in your room, not to mention the trains coming and going all the time

The room was well layed out & bed very comfortable. The tub was slippery & bath towels werevery small. Quiet, very comfortable & right off the freeway in a resort area. The staff is very friendly and ready to please.

good location. pricey rates labor day weekend. non-holiday rates more inline. overall clean rooms good showerhead comfortable beds. excellant free breakfast. can't go wrong here.

Good value for the Methodist Annual Conference. Room clean and comfortable. Wifi works. Microwave available for popcorn at night. Donut selection for breakfast could be better.

Complimentary Breakfast selections were great! This property could use a Hot Tub/Jacuzzi on the pool deck. The property was run very professionally. The staff was friendly and helpfull, making guests feel welcome, and at ease.

Hotel is at a convenience location, with easy highway access, and approximately 15 minutes to Cedar Point. Rooms are large and nicely appointed, with free cable and movie channels.

Very friendly, helpful, and efficient staff. Hotel was clean and comfortable. Our room was in a bad area in the hotel - by the stairs - and it was a bit loud. No hot tub! Nice efficient hotel. Nothing fancy, but excellent for the price. Staff is accommodating, helpful, and friendly. Room was clean and comfortable. Pool was warm and clean, but I wish there was a hot tub!

Soft beds and good breakfast. No elevators. Easy to find and very clean and comfortable. Not too far from Cedar point and other entertainment as well.

Location was excellent. Pool was dirty, ended up going to McDonalds for breakfast. Room did not have refrigerator, microwave, pool was dirty, continental breakfast was bad-waffle iron and toaster would not work, out of plates and spoons.

It met all our our need & good location. Staff was very helpful and the breakfast started earlier than we had expected which was great as we were to be on our charter boat by 6:30 am and the buffet opened at 5:30 am rather than 6 am. Good place, neat, clean and friendly.

Close to area attractions. No lounge, over crowded breakfast room-no seat. Ifeel that the hotel was clean and friendly staff. We were there for our anniversary and more family friendly than people friendly. I have stayed at just as nice hotels for almost half the money. Breakfast room was crowded and we had to wait to get to the food and find a seat.
