I was pleasantly surprised at this hotel. The lobby and guestrooms are very welcoming and so comfortable. For the price this hotel is a bargain. I really enjoyed talking to the desk clerks they were so friendly and helpful. As a matter of fact all the staff are friendly. I will stay at this hotel if i am in mesa again.

The hotel was in a central location in Mesa. The quality of the room and service was poor. I would not recommend this hotel to anybody. The rooms were not very clean and the hotel staff was very rude when I asked for service. They were not helpful in any way. I requested a king-size bed and they gave me 2 double beds. They did not try to comprimise in anyway or try to make my stay any better. My overall experience rating would be a ZERO!

Very nice hotel, staff was courteous and polite, rooms were clean and up to date.The staff is especially very courteous and very polite. I have stayed at least a dozen times and have no complains.

Very nice hotel, staff was courteous and polite, rooms were clean and up to date. The only thing that was annoying was there was a soccer team staying on the same floor as me and the kids were noisy, as they were right next door to my room. Maybe next time leave rooms next to groups like this empty to help with the noise. Other then that I would definatley stay here again.
