The hotel was great except for the noise. Room door did not insulate hallway noise. With bathroom door closed, could hear what everyone was saying in the room. The continental breakfast was great. Above and beyone the standard fare. Clean, well appointed rooms.

Nothing. Their customer service is horrible and they don't clean the rooms. The rooms seemed fine enough, until we discovered that the hotel staff did not clean the rooms. I was traveling with my wife and my two small children. My 18 month old daughter was playing in the room and she found a pill under the bed skirt, put it in her mouth and swallowed some of it. We had to rush her to the emergency room where we had to spend the night. Thankfully she was fine. When we returned to the room I looked under the beds and found old food, trash, and small screws. They don't clean the rooms! The staff gave us poor directions to the hospital and when confronted on their negligence, they continued to pass the buck until I had to spend weeks on the phone with different Marriott agencies. We were told that the hotel would not help us with our medical bills because, and quote, we believed you were lying. That came from the hotel General manager. Who made this kind of stuff up? In following up with Marriott, the other agencies were sympathetic but only willing to back the hotel who is obviously just trying to cover their own butts. Employees in Marriott's own office said that they tried to persuade the GM to help us and reconsider, but she refused and insisted that we were lying. What great customer service. We were also told that this specific hotel did not follow Marriott protocol when these type of incidences happen. So beware, they don't clean the rooms and if anything negative happens, expect them to only take care of themselves, Marriott as an organization will only back their hotels and are unwilling to do what is right. Do not stay at this hotel, unless you want to be called a liar.

Hotel was easily accesible to any destination. Room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast and parking, which were amenities that I searched for when booking a hotel, were plentiful. I would definitely recommend to other travelers.

The hotel provides good value in an expensive area. The staff was helpful and there is a no rip-off atmosphere about the place.

The staffing was very friendly, cheerful and helpful. Comfortable bedding and clean bathrooms. Internet is free. They more than covered the basics. The parking lot was not well lit and not well viewed from any rooms. I was worried about leaving my car, but nothing happened. The staff was not only friendly, but cheerful. Instead of waiting for me to ask, they offered such as small bottles of chilled water on arrival. The bed was very comfortable with an excess of pillows and the bathroom was spotless. The swimming pool is large enough to do laps in. There was even a computer available for guests in the lobby and they do have a small guest laundry. There is a Jack in the Box next door and it looked like several restaurants within walking distance. They have more amenities.

Convenient location. Supposed to be non-smoking but it was obvious someone in the next room was smoking. Poor hallway ventilation.

I had the best continental breakfast I've seen. Staying at this hotel felt like staying at a very nice B&B. The room was cozy, and had everything I could possibly need. There was even a router in the room! The breakfast in the morning was so good, too. They had fruit, cranberry juice and orange juice, oatmeal with walnuts and dried cranberries, waffles with syrup and butter (or promise), yogurt, some form of pre-packaged egg & sausage biscuits, toast & English muffins, and coffee. I was also impressed that they had a pool and exercise room, though my purpose for travel was to hike in a state park and I didn't bring a swimsuit, so I didn't use or check out the facilities.

Cleanliness and good breakfast selection. None. It was clean, bright and airy and easily located for the event that I traveled for which was in Scottsdale, Az. The staff was helpful and friendly and the breakfast selections were more than adequate.

Accommodating, good breakfast, clean, quiet, use of Internet. Needs a bathroom fan and luggage table. We enjoyed our room at this hotel, we stayed one week. The room was cleaned and bedding changed every day. The breakfast was great and it was fairly quiet in the room. For a whole week with more than one person, a bathroom fan would be helpful. Also not much space for luggage. I wished the pool and hot tub were inside. The place was great for a short stay and the area was beautiful. Another plus was a small refrigerator.

I expected a clean and quiet place to sleep in a convenient location. This met my expectations. There was no light in the entry to the room. I went to the desk for a light bulb. None. Was told maintenance would replace the next day. Wrong. I would stay there again. The continental breakfast looked exceptional although we didn't participate.
