It was very clean and well kept. One of the staff in the breakfast area was extremely rude and very unhelpful. Overall it was a great experience. The complimentary breakfast could use a great deal of improvement. There were too many people and not enough food or staff to accommodate.

Stayed here for the World Amature Golf Turnament and it was great. The room was clean and smelled good, the people working there were very nice and it is walking distance to a mall. Barefoot Landing is minutes away and we are looking foward to going back next year and staying here again. And the breakfast was great, too.

Clean and close to mall. Alittle bit far from the beach. Highly recommended for short time travelers.

"I met up with my cousins and their children here over a three day weekend and it was perfect! Very peaceful location, but convenient to everything, too. Rooms were impeccable!!!"

Location, friendly staff. Nice room for the price, good location, friendly staff.

Location is in good proximity to house of blues/barefoot landing as well as the 22 Conway bypass. The air in the room had a stale smell to it. For a moderately priced room in north myrtle beach, the location makes this a winner. It is not even a block away from house of blues (my purpose for the trip) and the hwy22 Conway bypass which makes getting there a breeze. The beds had nice linens and proved to be comfortable. The continental breakfast was a bit of a disaster area, given the number of families in attendance, but that can be expected with high season myrtle beach.

Clean. Pool closed. Rented for a pool, pool was closed.

The rooms were clean and quite. Pool was out of service as were side door key entry, and the refrigerator in our room did not work Overall the hotel did not delivery the experience that we were looking for. Without the pool and spa we did not get to fully enjoy our stay. The complimentary breakfast was not re-stocked well, as favorite foods were neglected while other items were consistently replaced. Easy access to rooms was difficult because the key card panels at side entrances were disabled making everyone have to enter through the lobby as if checking in with a supervisor upon returning to the hotel. Also, the fridge in our room did not work, while not earth shattering it was inconvenient. At least the room was clean, even if the housekeeping staff was knocking on our door before 10am.

Staff was friendly and helpful. They told us upfront that the pool was closed and accommodated our need for connecting rooms. Some hair found in the bathroom floor upon arrival. Hotel was decent though they were doing work on the pool. Breakfast was good as they offered more than the continental breakfast in Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwiches as an option. The rooms were acceptable even though there were hairs in the bathroom floor. I was disappointed to find that the two rooms offered different amenities - two different size and quality televisions, one room had a microwave and fridge and the other didn't. It made me wonder if we had only one room, which room would we have received. Both rooms had bed with nice comforters and pillows.

Close to mall. Took a shower water would not go out drain seems to have some plumbing issues. Summer- pool did have water in it. In door pool summer- everyone loves water. Anything with water seems to have concerns. Pool was closed off so you did not have anything to do.

Beds. Front desk clerk on arrival. I tried and really needed to check in a little early. There was no effort to accommodate this request. I was somewhat disappointed.

The bed was very comfortable. The room wasvery humid and made everything feel wet. Overall everything was good. The room and bathroom were not huge, but was nice and clean. The beds were very comfortable and they offered a very nice continental breakfast. My only real complaint is that the room was very humid even with the air conditioner on. Otherwise, we had a good stay.

Breakfast was free. The people at the front desk are rude! It was ok but will not stay there again.

Location. Facilities. Good location to restaurants and bars in north myrtle beach.

The staff is phenomenal, caring and attentive. The location, while great for business travelers, is not ideal for a leisure trip to the beach. Clean, comfortable, and attractive, with staff that go above and beyond to ensure that your stay is everything you expect and more.

The room was nice, very attractive. The staff was rude from the housekeepers to the front desk clerks. Extremely disappointing would not stay here again.

Quick service. I said Myrtle Beach, but I was basically in North Myrtle. Nothing wrong with the hotel at all. Just the location.

Cookies in the afternoon. Room was not cleaned on 2 days. Good location. Room key was deactivated each day and maid service was not provided, even after we asked for it. Manager said there was nothing he could do.

Clean rooms, friendly staff, great breakfast bar. Beds were too soft for me. Although my family liked them. Overall hotel was to my expectations, I would go there again. The pool was nice, breakfast bar was good, homemade cookies were a treat.

The free Breakfast exceeded our expectations. Wireless Internet was down two of the three days of our stay. On the plus side, the location of the hotel was good. It was a short drive to the beach and most restaurants. The hotel staff was very friendly and the free breakfast was very good. We went to breakfast about 15 minutes before closing every morning and all the food was still available. The person was working in the breakfast area made sure everyone had what they wanted. There are several items the hotel could improve on. We arrived on a Thursday night and found the wireless internet was down. There is a dedicated help desk number I called and they found the access points were down at the hotel. It took two days and three calls to resolve the problem. We had wireless late Saturday morning. As a result The work I planned on doing Friday had to be done Saturday. The indoor pool and Jacuzzi areas were nice but the water levels in both were down by almost a foot. The towels were very hard and uncomfortable to use. Even with the small problems we encountered, I would stay there again.
