Friendliness of staff as well as continental breakfast. The first room had termites on the pillows and swarming on the wall. After getting all our stuff out of the suitcases and getting ready to go to bed I discovered a bug on my pillow. I walked over to the other side of the bed and there were bugs on the pillow as well as the wall. Other than that, the breakfast was great and the lady running it was quite congenial and helpful.

My only complaint is that the pool area needs to be remodeled. The pool was also very cold. It was indoor, but not heated. They had the air conditioner running in the pool room. The rooms were nice and clean, and there was a nice variety of food for breakfast.

We came to Texas to visit our children. We enjoyed our trip to Ft. Worth and enjoyed our stay at the Fairfield Inn. The staff was excellent and the room was very clean and fresh smelling. Our only complaint were the beds. They were doubles and a little uncomfortable. They were OK if you were the only one sleeping on them. We will stay at the Fairfield again.

The staff was wonderful. The hotel is very quiet and clean. The beds are not that great and the pillows are not that soft. Not enough bedding. The hotel is very clean and quiet. The staff always helping me. The hotel is in a great location. The breakfast is good too.

The motel itself looked very clean and the breakfast was good, but our bathroom had some mold around the bathtub fixtures

Loved the huge bathroom. The shower water pressure wasn't that good. Room was very clean and smelled great. We enjoyed the indoor pool, spa, and workout room (3 machines). Continental breakfast was just right to start a new day.

Nice andcomfortable rooms. Bathroom needed new caulking and toilet leaked. We enjoyed staying here. The room was clean and comfortable, however the toilet leaked a little and the caulking in the tub was peeling away.

Very clean. Courteous staff. Nice hotel. Heating element to pool and hot tub was broken. Great hotel. Nice accommodations. Only problem: Wet tile floor coming out of pool area. No rug or mat lying there. My son slipped and fell and busted his chin open and cut his mouth open. The next day there was a wet floor sign there - but still no rug or mat to help fix the problem.

The complimentary breakfast is great when traveling with children. No complaints, great hotel. It was clean, comfortable, and in a convenient location and the complimentary breakfast was great for my children.

The hot tub was nice and hot. No refrigerator or microwave. t was ok for a one night stay.
