The entrance into the parking lot would have to be my biggest complaint and it wasn't even that bad. Just a little inconveinent for someone who maybe wouldn't be used to the area. Traveled with 2 children and 2 adults. The staff were very friendly, the room was nice the TV was a bit fuzzy and had very limited channels but we weren't in the room long enough to need a TV. The pool was small but perfect for the kids water temp was nice and it was very clean. Hot tub was small but looked nice, didn't get in. Breakfast was nice a lot of carbs. Good enough to sustain you for the morning and free! I would say this Hotel is just as nice as any I've stayed and the beds were very comfortable!

Couldn't get breakfast there one morning because of crowd. It wasn't quite what I expected for the money.

We ended up at the Fairfield Inn after first checking into the Days Inn across the highway, only to find that their pool had no water. Front desk help at the Fairfield was very friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and bedding and furnishings were new. There was not a lot to offer for the continental breakfast, however, the area was clean and well maintained. For the price of the hotel, a hot breakfast would have been nice, even had it only been waffles. I found the housekeepers to be very friendly and informative when I had a question regarding the area. It was a bit more than I had planned on spending, however, I was happy with the end result. When I called the front desk to request a late check out, they were also very accommodating and did not give me any grief about the checkout time. Only complaint we had was that the hot tub was colder than the pool, but this was minimal in the entire scheme of things.

This hotel was clean and comfortable and the staff was friendly and helpful. We had a room near the front desk and this ended up being noisy early in the morning as the cleaning staff started their rounds, but we needed to get moving, so this was not a problem. If you need quiet, ask for a room on an upper floor. Internet was free. The breakfast was advertised as "continental" but it was certainly ample. The staff makes the waffles for you! The only reservation we had was the price, which we thought was high for a room in this small town.

Very friendly and accommodating staff, the continental breakfast was good. The pool had a salty taste to the water, thought I was swimming in the ocean. Stayed here previously and enjoyed the staff's friendliness and helpfulness with non-locals to the area.

Very clean. My son and I were traveling to Kentucky for a ball game and wanted a place to stay so we did not have to get up so early the next day. The location was great, the room was very clean and I was overall extremely pleased and I would most definitely stay there again.

The room. Noise everywhere, pool lacking. This was the nosiest hotel I have ever stayed in. There was a girl's softball staying there and the staff did nothing to attempt to control the noise. I hope I never stay in this hotel ever again.

Staff very friendly---went out of their way to make us feel welcome. There was nothing unlikeable. Clean, comfortable, courteous. Rural Southern hospitality with suburban technical quality(excellent wireless internet).

The staff was very friendly/flexible with our travel needs/requests. The staff was very accommodating to me and my partner and the continental breakfast was just enough to start the day off right. We were traveling to stay in a cabin later for new years and the staff accommodated us nicely for our coolers/travel plans.

The rooms were clean and the manager was extremely nice and willing to help work out issue with room. One was supposed to be for three people, but all rooms had king beds. Ended up paying extra to get enough beds.

The hotel staff was very accommodating to our family. It is fine for single people, but does not allow for families to book hotels. The hotel was excellent. They gave us two double beds to accommodate our family of two adults and two children at no extra charge.

Very friendly staff! They would not adjust the reservation from one bed to two without a charge. The hotel itself was fine, but they would not comply with our bedding requests. Wonder if I was traveling with a friend, I would have had to sleep with them or in a chair or on the floor.

Quiet. I entered I wanted a smoking room & this hotel was a no smoking hotel. If I would have had more time and would have known this hotel had a pool, hot tub, and a work out room. I would have used more of the facilities.

Nice environment, close to restaurants, free breakfast, clean rooms, close to family. There was nothing. It was really good. I've already written it above. It met all of my needs in a clean, family friendly environment.

Offered a nice continental breakfast. Staff was friendly. Our room smelled awful and there were cracks in the walls. I would never stay here again.

Breakfast, privacy. Asked for king, rcvd. 2 doubles -- simple error. Good -- would certainly stay again. Was too tired to ask for bed change.

The staff were very friendly. The pool was too cold. The first day we checked in the hotel had been without hot water for 3 days and no one informed us before we checked in. But the staff were very accommodation so once the water was fixed we stayed another night.

Indoor hot tub and pool. Pool was a little too cold for winter swimming. Great price for a quick family get-away.

Just fine - new beds comfortable. Just fine. Nice place.
