The experience was fine- it was a cheap room(compared to most) and was clean. The front desk staff seemed to be inconvenience by customers; the cleaning staff couldn't give rooms they had just cleaned, and the room that I got was still open and no pillow covers on the pillows; it only took e them an hour to come and put the covers on the pillows. The room was clean, the location convenient, and the bed was comfortable.

Right off the interstate, convenient, andno surprises. Glad I saved my money. Hotel was clean, comfortable and everything worked! No complaints.

We complained about the rug being sopping wet by the window when we checked in on Friday night. We were told there wasn't another room. Someone from maintenance came at 9 PM and said he would do it in the morning. He wasn't changing the pan from the air conditioner at that time of night. It wasn't emptied until Sunday sometime after complaining once again on Sat. When they did "fix" the air conditioner the dust was blown onto the ceiling and hung there like cobwebs. Then they bashed in the top of the air conditioner so the dials were destroyed!!On Sat. night there was a comedy club downstairs and the music was deafening upstairs. It finally stopped at about 2:30 a.m. Then the doors to the rooms across from us opened and closed until 3:30 a.m.We were told this was a newly renovated hotel - what a flea bag. We would have left, but could find nothing else available.

you always have to compare what you get for what you are paying, and comparing to what I am used to in this category the stay at the comfort Inn was excellet. I was surprised by the rich complimentary breakfast (I was expecting a coffee and muffins). The room was super clean. The 'fitness room' is more a joke but there is one, can't argue that

Good location from highway. A little too noisy. Comfort Inn usually offers good quality and service in a moderate price range. The Comfort Inn in Medford didn't disappoint in that regard. It was clean and comfortable and offered the complimentary breakfast.

hotel was very nice but i was very unhappy when my mother need a room the same day i checked in and she payed just about $20 less then i did..a night

Clean, large bed. Very few TV channels. Great hotel, andfriendly staff.

This hotel was discusting. We checked in only to check out. The room smelled horribly, the carpet was ripped. Save your money. No deal here.

The Comfort Inn Medford was quite comfortable and the staff helpful. There was plenty of room to relax and to do work at my computer. There was a microwave and fridge, and the iron provided was the best I've ever used. The location is great, central part of Long Island, quick access to several major roads, freeways.

Location.Lobby. Could use new carpets. I have stayed here befor and it fits my needs. Near times square. I will stay here again.
