This hotel is now a 100PCT non-smoking property. The property is an upscale, corporate hotel with easy access to corporate centers, downtown, the University of Kentucky and area attractions. We feature an indoor pool and spa as well as a complimentary continental breakfast.

All Fairfield Inns by Marriott in the USA and Canada have a smoke-free policy that applies to guest rooms, restaurants, lounges, meeting rooms, public space and associate work areas. To accommodate the needs of smoking guests, hotels will have designated smoking areas outside of the property. Rates are based on double occupancy. Charges for extra adults may apply and will be due directly to the hotel. An exterior brick replacement will be from March 5, 2012 to May 31, 2012. The construction will be sectioned off away from immediate guest rooms. All services and amenities will remain available.
