The hotel would have been perfect, except for the fact we were there 3 nights in a room with double beds. We marked the linen to be sure it was changed every night. I'm sorry to say that although the beds were made the linen was not changed 1 time!!!!

The area it was in as well as the hotel stay. Everything was great! If you ever need a place to stay Fairfield Inn would be the place that I would recommend to travelers who may be not know where to stay.

This hotel is a good deal. We have stayed in it a number of times. It is comfortable, clean, nice staff, good continental breakfast. It is the first place we check out when we stay in Bourbonnais.

We were staying at the Fairfield while on a college visit to ONU. It was a very restful night. We felt refreshed as we started out on our busy day. The continental breakfast was just right.

Very convenient, & good location. This is my 6 times return to this hotel. Location is excellent, Wal-mart & highway within a mile. Most important of all traveling with children: Microwave & refrigerator in each room.

Our overall stay at the Fairfield Inn was very satisfactory. The hotel was very quiet and restful. Overall, the staff was very accomodating. However, our one complaint was that the room was not cleaned following our first night of our stay. When we returned from the race track on Friday evening, our room had not been cleaned, the beds had not been made and the towels had not been replaced with clean towels. When we left to go eat our dinner, we voiced our complaint to the evening desk clerk who was appauled that the room had not been cleaned. When we returned to our room after dinner, the beds had been made, the trash removed without replacing the plastic liners and the towels had been replaced with the wet towels remaining in the bathroom where we had left them that morning.

The staff was friendly, competent, and accommodating of a few special requests we had. The hotel was basic, but clean and well maintained. Overall, it was good value for the price, and I would stay there again if I were to find myself that way again.

They allowed us to switch rooms to accommodate us. The breakfast would be better with more fresh foods. Was a very pleasant stay. We needed to switch rooms to accommodate the 4 of us staying in the room, and they did it with no questions asked.

Agood value for the money. There were a lot of seniors who did not enjoy children. We wanted a great family time and we had one! I would definitely take the family there again.

The walls are a little thin above you and we could here kids jumping off of the bed at 11:00pm and also at 7:00am which was unpleasant. The room temperature and cleanliness were great. Old smokers room so had that smell, so make sure it was a nonsmoking room previously if you are sensitive to smoke. Pool was a little cold, but hot tub was really nice. Continental Breakfast was really good, loved the waffle maker.

Had a wonderful time with two grandsons on our way to Orlando. Swam in the pool...all to ourselves. The rooms were well-furnished and clean. All the comforts and appliances of home. Wonderful.

The hotel staff went out of their way to make our stay perfect. The bathroom in the room had stain on the inside of the door. Great location right off interstate. Staff was great. Room could have been cleaner.

The staff was very friendly and helpful and the facilities were very clean and comfortable. We can't think of anything negative to say. The breakfast buffet is excellent, the staff is courteous and helpful, the rooms were clean and the beds were very comfortable. We have stayed at this hotel twice, and both of our stays were very enjoyable!

Our son attends the local University so this is the 3rd time we have stayed at the Fairfield Inn. This has been our best experience. Our room was clean and the hallways all appeared clean and maintained. The pool area was well kept. However, the jets on the whirlpool were not working. The breakfast area is nice, not a large selection. Due to the location, we will stay here again.

The nice breakfast, and the staff. No refrigerator in the rooms, thats important to me. The hotel staff is great, the swimming pool is small, the jacuzzi jets were not functional, no refrigerators in the rooms, big rooms, super comfy beds, tons of pillows, and clean.
