my room was totally disgusting. I don't think they changed my sheets. the tub had soap scum in it, and the room had a funky smell. there were specks of dirt on the floor. I would not recommend this inn to any of of my friends. I was very disappointed and will not be staying here again

I loved being so close to stores and restaurants. The only thing that bothered me was the hole in the bathroom ceiling. Other than that it was a great room. It was very nicely located off the highway we were traveling. It had many stores and restaurants to choose from. The hotel made cookies the night we stayed and the kids thought that was so cool. Thanks for a great stay!

Friendly and helpful staff, clean, comfortable, hot breakfast items, nicely decorated. All non-smoking. The staff was very friendly; the lady that checked us in moved our room for our convenience. The hotel was extremely clean and well cared for. The best hotel I've stayed in for this class ever!

Large, comfortable rooms. Carpet in room not vacuumed thoroughly. An excellent place to stay when visiting or passing through Greensburg, in. Large rooms, friendly and accommodating staff, and a bounteous breakfast buffet. Highly recommended!

Beautiful, clean, and spacious rooms. Staff needs to clean behind furniture. We arrived 3 hours prior to regular check-in time. The front desk clerk was eager to assist us, and found us an available room for early check-in. The rooms at this location were very spacious and comfortable. The comforters on the bed were very warm and cozy. This is the perfect hotel for just taking a break away from the everyday, and the price is just right. You will also not find friendly staff at any other hotel. Highly recommended!

Friendly staff, excellent service, very good continental breakfast. Nothing. We came in late and were met by Cassie. She went out of her way to get us the room we desired and allowed us to use the employee refrigerator to store items.

Pool and hot tub down, no upgrades. I stayed here last year- quality, cleanliness and professionalism was by far better than this visit. Our third night stay included out of control teens throughout the hotel, with staff reporting that they could not discipline the children until 10 pm. We needed to get up and drive 700 miles the next morning. However, no attempt was made to rectify the situation until much later, and no adjustment was made to my cost for the stay.

Clean, comfortable stay with friendly staff. The registration process. Hotel was great - good location, near interstate, very friendly and attentive staff. Large rooms. Clean and comfortable accommodation. I would highly recommend.

The location. It was a little run down and dirty in the halls and pool area. The room was good and the lobby was okay. I don't know much about the staff because we never really saw anyone. The front desk person was nice but didn't seem to really know what they were doing. She may have been new. The pool area was run down, dirty, and there was rust along the entire edge of the pool. It wasn't a horrible stay but, I would not recommend that hotel to anyone. That was the first time I stayed at a Fairfield.

The room was spacious. We also liked the high speed internet. Quiet and clean. Can't think of anything. Everything about our stay was good. We just needed a place to rest and this was perfect. The breakfast items were fresh, the room was clean. We plan on meeting there with family in the future. A great find.

Nice place to sleep, beds were clean. The bathroom was not the cleanest, hair still remained in the bathtub after housekeeping had been in and cleaned. The location is perfect, just off I74. There are eating placing in the area. The lobby was neat and tidy.

VERY clean, great bathrooms. No elevators, no smoking rooms on first floor. Very nice facility, extremely clean. Great bathrooms. Very convenient location. Pleasant staff. I would definitely stay there again.

Staff was very helpful when I was having trouble logging on to hi-speed internet. Glad to have Fox News available on the cable TV as some hotels have only CNN. Excellent!
