Everything in the room was clean and nothing was missing. A few screws were loose on the bathroom doorknob but we happened to have the right screwdriver with us (for replacing batteries in a toy) and just took care of it ourselves. We were there to visit family and another family member also stayed in the hotel. The hotel staff easily accommodated us and put us next to each other. Our only complaint is that the doors are not very sound proof as they can be in some other hotels. The breakfast was nice, with a variety of items including Jimmy Dean bacon, egg & cheese breakfast sandwiches, although boiled eggs would be a nice addition. The indoor pool is nice. It was a little on the cool side, though- we expected it to be more heated. My kids swam for about 30 minutes and came out shivering. The room temp was warm and the facilities were very clean. We found the staff to be very polite and attentive and would gladly stay here again.

The staff was very friendly. The hotel was spotless with a nice Breakfast and staff was helpful pointing out good restaurants and tourist stops!

It exceeded my expectations. Bed was the best I've slept in at a motel. Pool temp too cold, but all else was great. Would stay here again."

The hotel is very nice, very clean, the breakfast buffet is OK, included the usual bagels, pastries, cereal, yogurt and some Jimmy Dean sandwiches. We were there for Tulip Fest, it was pretty busy but everything worked out fin during our stay. Only bad comment, I'm not too fond of front desk employees making too much small talk when there's customers waiting to be checked in.

The pillows were soft. The hall ways and elevator seemed grimey. The Fairfield Inn in Holland Mich was clean but didn’t feel very inviting. The pillows were soft but the rooms seemed a little outdated. I don’t think I wouldn’t stay here again, but my wife thought it was adequate.

The Fairfield Inn is in walking distance of several places to eat dinner and about a block away from a shopping mall that is being refurbished. The most comfortable bed I've slept in. No morning back ache, plus I have to have lots of pillows that were already on the beds. Loved the continential breakfast! The only glitch was I was told by one employee that there was an AARP discount and when I checked out I was told there was no discount for AARP. That was the ONLY this I was dissatified about.

Solid 2 stars. Very comfy beds. Ok breakfast. The Jacuzzi jets were not all working. The first room we tried had a slow sink drain and all my husband did was wash his face! 2nd room's plumbing had better draining capabilities. Small pool - good for kids 12 and under. Super comfy beds. Great variety for breakfast. Would suggest to hotel to go with jimmy dean breakfast sandwich with sausage instead of bacon - will heat up better in microwave.

Friendly front desk staff, computer in lobbies free, convenient location for those driving. Rooms were starting to look outdated. This was a good, inexpensive place to stay for those traveling through Holland on business or pleasure. It was right off the main highway, near a mall and restaurants, and a reasonably short drive into Downtown. The front desk was able to give suggestions for places to eat. Pool area was average.

The beds were outstanding. Good breakfast as well. The front desk staff was not to friendly. This hotel is located just a short distance from Holland state park beach. The beds are outstanding-some of the most comfortable I have ever been in. Someone got sick in the pool when we were there and the hotel staff was not in a hurry to clean the pool. Overall the hotel staff was not to friendly.

The pool. The staff was very unknowledgeable. I would stay in the hotel again.

Clean non-smoking. Small pool. It was great for the price.

Bed Linens were nice, bathrooms very clean. Outside entry area had curbs that were dangerous. I liked the hotel but arrived at 10 PM on a rainy night and there was a car that had pulled up to let someone off and so I walked around the car and did not notice a curb, which was the only area left to walk over, and fell and ended up in the emergency room with a couple stitches in my head. I suggested that they might want to put posts where the curb was to lessen the danger.

Accommodations were nice. Facility looked well-cared for. A large group partying across the hall from us; very loud; kept us from good sleep. My family enjoyed the accommodations. Motel was clean. Staff was friendly. Consider the purchase a good value.

GREAT bedding and pillows! Temporarily ran out of waffle batter for continental breakfast. Pleasantly surprised at the quality of the room. It was worth Much more than we paid.

Wonderfully comfortable bed. Very snowy outdoors. We took a short trip, just four nights, and this was by far the most comfortable room and bed. Great value!

Beds were very comfortable. The person at the desk was also in charge of continental breakfast area. Things weren't kept up. Nice, clean and spacious rooms. Many offerings for continental breakfast.

Very friendly and helpful staff and management. Nothing I did not like. I received helpful driving instructions to the facility and was greeted warmly and politely upon arrival. The complimentary warm chocolate chip cookies and tea or coffee at the lobby are very nice. High speed wireless Internet access throughout the building are great for the business traveler. The staff went out of their way to make me feel comfortable and welcome. The swimming pool and Jacuzzi tub are clean and inviting. Very convenient location- close to shopping and attractions. I would certainly stay there again.

Price. Cleanliness. friendly staff. Alarm went off in a vacant room next to me. Overall great stay. Clean room. Friendly staff. Great price. Good continental breakfast.

Very comfortable rooms. Front desk staff member was very gruff and less than friendly. Lobby a little rough and shabby. Other than the first impression in the lobby, once you get past this, the rooms are very quiet and comfortable. Extremely clean and well maintained bathroom and fixtures.
