Looks like it needs a rehab, entry is well worn, bathrooms need to be updated. Could not provide me a receipt on checkout. Said it would be emailed. Have not received it. Had reservations but had to go through the whole check in routine as if there were no reservations.

The pool was open till 12am, which is nice when you get in late. I called to make sure I would be getting 2 beds and was told yes. They almost gave me 1king, but ended up with hide a bed. Overall, I enjoyed my stay. Pool was open later than most. Nice when you get in late. Needed to change sheets in hide a bed.

It was one of the best stays I have had in recent years. Absolutely nothing. I was pleasantly surprised by the courteous staff, and the cleanliness. The rooms were attractive, the beds wonderful, and the pillows were dreamy. It was a most pleasant stay, family friendly, and the morning buffet was fresh each day.

Great complimentary hot breakfast. Small pool with loud kids after hours. Best hot continental breakfast ever! So much variety. Clean hotel with occasional smoke smell in hallway despite being designated 100% smoke free.

Breakfast was great. Responsiveness. My shower drained very slowly. My phone would not stay connected with the earpiece. I turned in both problems every morning and neither ever got fixed.

The hot tub was nice. The rooms were dirty and dirt in rooms. I was very disappointed in it I have stayed there before and it was okay so maybe they have new staff or something.

It's a beautiful hotel with very friendly helpful staff. I would highly recommend this hotel to others. The hotel was very nice. The staff was helpful prompt and friendly. The continental breakfast was wonderful. The pool area was also nice with a nice hot tub.

Location and staff. The noise from the third floor you can hear the people walking and going to bathroom. The floor squeaked when people walked down the hall or the room above us. Everything else was great. the staff was very good and location was great

Staff was very accommodating. No refrigerator. Staff was great but hotel was understaffed. I cam back to my room at 4:00 pm and room was still not cleaned. Bathroom shampoos and conditioners should be upgraded.
