Check-in was quick and the staff was very friendly. The room was very clean and comfortable, although small for a suite (We had a king suite). I slept on the pull-out sofa, which was suprisingly comfortable, and the staff brought extra pillows and blankets to our room within minutes of our request. The breakfast was excellent, with make-your-own waffles (with strawberry topping and whipped cream!), microwavable breakfast sandwiches, yogurt, fresh fruit, and 24 hr. coffee. The location of the hotel was the absolute best. It's directly accross the street from the mall, and many shopping centers and restaurants are minutes away. We didn't use the fitness room. The pool was clean and had a comfortable temperature. The first night we stayed, the hot tub was great, but the second night they must have just added chemicals because our eyes burned within moments of getting in. I thought the hotel was very quiet, but my friend complained of dogs in a nearby yard barking very early in the morning and waking her up. I would stay here again, although in a regular room. I don't think the suite was quite worth the price.

Awesome beds. Pool was a little cool. The hotel was very family friendly considering I have a 3 year old and 9 month twins.

I had 2 rooms for my family in town for a 99th birthday & everyone associated with the Fairfield was so accomodating & friendly. I am a volunteer at the local visitor's center & I frequently recommend the Fairfield Inn to travelers.

The Marriott was very comfortable - good beds and nice and clean. It was not noisy and the continental breakfast was quite satisfactory. The pool maintenance should and could have been checked,as the following morning we could not use it due to the large pool was warmer than the hot tub. The hotel staff did not know the pool temperature was too warm and they did say they would check it, but we could not stay around to see if it was done as had to leave.Therefore, we were somewhat disatisfied with paying for amenities that were not available when we would have liked using them.

The rooms were very clean and comfortable, the breakfast was great, staff was courteous, There was only one area with vending machines and the drink one was out of order. Only first floor had access to ice also.

The rooms were clean. The staff was excellent and tended to our needs as quickly as possible. Breakfast was great! Great location. It could use some more sprucing inside especially flooring. The location was great right across the street from the Holiday Village Mall, but the neighborhood in which it was surrounded by was less than desirable.

Felt like I was sleeping in Grandma's room. Heard they got robbed recently. Hotel was clean and convenient.

Had wireless internet and continental breakfast. The towels were rough from laundering in hard water. Clean and new with comfortable beds. Great location.

It was close to the main shopping area. While the room had 2 queen beds, it had only one chair. The hotel was OK for what I paid, but I would not have been pleased had I paid the rate. However it was clean and they offered a continental breakfast, which would be great for families.

It was nice, clean, and the bed was comfortable. The kids were noisy running around through the halls and upstairs, but not too late though. I was pleased with this room. The parking lot was a bit hard to maneuver, too many vehicles for so little a place.

Staff was extremely friendly and considerate. The noise level was unacceptable. The staff was very helpful, and friendly. The room was spacious and the bed was extremely comfortable. There was a fridge and microwave which was great for those snacks. The problem arose with the noise factor. We thought the people upstairs from us would fall through the ceiling. We could hear them talking, walking, and fighting. They kept us up all night it seems. There is apparently very little insulation to block out sound.

Most comfortable bed we ever slept in a hotel. Breakfast was crowded. A lot of women there shopping for the weekend. The location was perfect 100 steps from the mall and Starbucks. Front desk and housekeeping staff were friendly and professional. The pool was the perfect spot to relax after a long shopping day. And the bed were king size memory foam with lots of pillows. Absolutely perfect.

Secure wireless internet. A minor thing, but maids did not replace disposable drinking glasses. This is a very convenient, clean and friendly hotel. The amenities in the room are first class and the bed is very comfortable.

Good location. This was a very nice hotel. The location was good with surrounding restaurants, gas stations, stores, etc. The pool was nice for the kids. The breakfast in the morning was very good.

Continental breakfast, no parking fee. Desk clerk wouldn't get me extra pillows.
