Good location. Very clean and nice room.

This hotel was fairly new and clean, however, the rooms were very noisy. Could hear every sound in the entire building the whole night. The breakfast was good, but it was so crowded that it was almost impossible to enjoy it. The pool was nice and heated which the kids did love. But from a Marriott, I did expect a little bit better quality and not hear every single noise throughout the night. Especially the guests going up and down the stairs and the doors closing.

The hotel was great. The staff was very friendly and gave us lots of good into on the area. Kids loved the pool and hot tub. The continental breakfast was very good. We would definitely stay there again.

Clean, good breakfast and location. I would stay here again if I were going to the Grand Canyon or in the area. It was a pleasant experience.

Very noisy-thin walls. Room was dirty. Sink stopper did not work. Water hooked up backwards: hot was cold & vice versa. Room had coffee pot, but hotel was out of coffee! We spent a week in AZ, and this was worst motel by far, and one of the most expensive. They can do better than this!

This hotel had great service we asked for a rollaway for a family member from pheonix to join us.They were very prompt on providing it with no extra person charge. The breakfast was average. The only thing negative would be that they had no elevator. The gas in willams was higher than the stations on the way to grand canyon. The highway 66 dinner in town was great.

Very far from grand canyon. Very far from Grand canyon. There are closer alternatives.

Not a good value for your money. Pool and spa closed for season (not disclosed in advance). Bedcovers wrinkled and thin, inadequate bedding. Never saw the "fresh baked cookies". Breakfast is a nightmare--too many people in a tiny space with not enough food or time to eat. You have to drive into town to walk around or take the train. Definitely won't return.

Breakfast good, location excellent, good for visiting Grand Canyon. Hotel staff was not friendly, carpet was wet under air-conditioner, no refrigerator & microwave. Although the hotel is away from the heart of town, everything is a easy 5 minute drive away and Williams has plenty of easy public parking. Great jumping off point for the Grand Canyon or enjoying the historic town of Williams. The Hotel is close to the interstate but the rooms are quiet. The hotel is sufficiently maintained with plenty of parking. Only negative would be that there are no restaurants onsite and nothing mentionable within close walking distance.

Nice location. Rooms look clean but I didn't like the bed. Location is really good it's right off the highway, close to grand canyon. But beddings look old. Management is good, whenever you need something, you just have to call the front desk and they'll give it to you right away.

Two stars for this property insults other facilities with nicer amenities. Nevertheless, on the plus side: nice pillows, free wifi, quiet and extremely efficient window a/c unit, and a decent breakfast bar. The negatives were: no elevator (the desk clerk then reassigned us to a first-floor room next to the stair-case/entrance where people were constantly going in and out), no comforters, worn and frayed bath towels, one morning the hotel ran out of bananas (within 30 minutes!), computer desk chair whose seat wouldn't rise more than 2ft off the ground (and also had several stains), and last but not the least, the floor boards above our room creaked loudly enough to wake us up. This facility is a bit overpriced for the quality and that might be due to the Fairfield/Marriott name.

Don't buy gas at the service stations near the hotel; * * a gallon. Drive into town over the railroad tracks and get gas 10% cheaper. The steakhouse at the Holiday Inn was okay, but the service is very slow. No exercise room; pool and jaccuzi closed often due to lightening.

Great breakfast. The key card did not always work. Very clean, excellent breakfast choices.

Queen beds are comfortable. Breakfast tables and chairs are not enough. Location is isolated of city.

They offered a nice breakfast. There was mold on the shower curtain, that was to short which allowed water to get all over the floor. The room had a nice appearance, but surprised that a member of the Marriott chain would have so much mold in the bathroom.

"saw a roach on the ceiling...bummed out by that. awesome breakfast with hot waffles and bagels, very small rooms but good for price through travel website"

It was clean, modern, and comfortable. There was a lot of ice on the sidewalks--a bit dangerous. It perfectly met our needs as a hotel on the way to the grand canyon.
