From the minute I walked in the door to checking out everyone I came into contact was most friendly! Slept the best ever on a great mattress and breakfast was good for continental. I will stay there often on my travels as I was well rested and slept great. Lots of good restaurants around and by the mall.

The place was a mess; the room was dirty; the furniture was old, falling apart and a it showed; the TV was crap; the shower curtain rod was falling out of the wall and the curtains wouldn't close! NOT WORTH THE !

Driving from north to south and about 1/2 way from Ohio to Fla this place was the nicest horel and friendlist staff I have ever encountered. Great breakfast and indoor pool/spa were awesome relief from a long car ride. Great restaurants closeby(crackerbarrell, outback, longhorn) I will stay again and again!! Oh yeah with cutains you have to be smarter than past reviewer as curtain was there just behind sheer. Also NO problems with bill, they even put it under my door before checkout for your review.

I stayed in this hotel five months ago and they charged my credit card twice for a room I payed for five months ago. I faxed my receipts over and they were suppose to credit my account which still hasn't happened and instead actually charged me again for the third time!!! I'm now out about 400 and it is going to take a mountain of paper work and a few weeks to get my money back. If you have stayed in this hotel before you may want to go back and make sure they didn't steal your money.

I had absolutely no complaints about this hotel. It was very easy to get to. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We were greeted with a smile and hello everytime we entered the hotel. Room service was great. Beds were very comfortable - plenty of pillows. Rooms were a good, comfortable size. It was our first time in the Charlotte area and if/when I go back I will definately stay at this hotel. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

I was overall satisfied with the staff and amenities. The dining room was to small for the number of guests. The room was good excecpt for the a/c which was loud for any a/c i've ever used.

I liked the fact that it right off the Interstate, 7 minutes from wedding. I was attending. Good shopping/restaurants. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Hotel staff was very accomodating and friendly. Hotel grounds as well as the lobby were clean. Good location for shopping and restaurants.

Check-in and check-out was fast and convenient. The vanity area was small. The location of the Fairfield Inn is convenient to I-85 and a shopping mall. The beds are comfortable, and the AC is quiet. The vanity area is small. The bath and vanity areas are somewhat dated.

Room was pretty and clean. Staff was both nice and unobtrusive. Main air conditioning was out on floor and room took long time to cool down. Fridge out in another room and ours didn't cool well either. Nice overall with good bed and room decor. Hotel needs some maintenance upkeep. Air system must have been clean because it did not have that normal smelly air condition I was expecting.
