I'm usually very impressed w/ Marriott hotels, but this place was just nasty. I arrived around 5 pm and went up to do some business on my computer but my internet connection wasn't working. I eventually discovered that none of my electrical outlets were working so I went downstairs and they gave me a new room. SAME PROBLEM, except this room's door wouldn't even lock. So after 2 hours, I checked out. The horrible customer service rep didn't even offer to take care of my 2 hour hotel stay. If you are considering this hotel for your stay, reconsider! The Holiday Inn Express is a much better hotel at a very reasonable price.

The staff has always been outstanding. I had a c/card hold in error and the same day I called the letter was sent to my bank releasing the funds.

Over all it was an okay experience. The staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. The hotel was clean for the most part. It's great for the business travler.

Stayed at the Fairfield Inn with my young son and his baseball team and there families as well.After having a very bad experience at another hotel about a mile away the previous night.We all switched to the Fairfield Inn and it helped make for a very enjoyable trip for all 40 people associated with the team.They let us check in a 8:00 A.M,which is was great and it gave us a chance to get settled in before leaving for the day to go to the tournament.Also we were able to enjoy there breakfast buffet before we departed,which by the way is a great buffet.It was so convienent to be able to walk a few steps and have a great breakfast,especially when you have little kids to feed.It was a great way to start each day off.The staff were all very nice,rooms were very,very clean and comfortable.the pool was very clean and very refreshing to all after a long hot day at the ball fields.If I ever go back to Gainesvillle we will definatley be staying at the Fairfield.Thanks again to everyone at this hotel,they went above and beyond to accomadate us.

The hotel was okay, certainly not great but not awful either. It was visible from the highway but not easy to get to and seemed somewhat isolated.

The high speed internet access. The location. It was difficult to navigate to. While the staff was helpful, the room smelled terrible upon arriving.

On our recent vacation we stayed at many different motels this one being the most expensive and the most disappointing. Room was pretty clean but very small. My wife and I could not stand side by side and there was a large tear in the side of the mattress along almost half of its length. It was also right next to I-75 which made it rather noisy

They were very helpful and met our needs. By opening the breakfast bar early on the weekends for the kids. No pets allowed. They were very helpful and pleasant to work with. They opened up the breakfast bar earlier than normal for the kids had to be at a sporting event early in the morning. Very helpful.

We have stayed here before and will again. The only gripe is that the air conditioner must be left on in order for top air quality.

Staff friendly and helpful. Felt safe with indoor entry. Air condition broke. Ants on the night table. Rooms too small. There has only been 1 time out of about 200 stays at a hotel were I felt clean and neat enough to go barefoot. Unfortunately, this hotel was not one of them. However, the staff was excellent!! Friendly and helpful.

Breakfast was very well done. It is right on the highway and the room was noisy. The hotel is clean and convenient. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They have a very nice continental breakfast with some hot foods too. The hotel is right next to interstate 75 and you can hear traffic.

"Although not easy to find,when eventually arrived (and located main entrance!) delighted with welcome, room and overall ambiance. A quality breakfast laid out. Reception staff knowledgable on best places to eat. Considered a good value for money stay. Will use again."

Check in was pleasant and easy at front desk. Hard to find at first. When we checked in the room had a clogged toilet but the motel easily changed our rooms. when checking out my wife said that the clerk was slightly rude.

"I was traveling alone felt very safe, the rooms were all brand new within last year...and you could tell. The only thing that could use improvement was the towels could use some fabric softner.They had an excellent choice of fast and easy breakfast treats in the lobby. I slept on the I-75 side and had a very peaceful nights sleep. Air worked great, room smelled clean, beds were comfortable and clean, bathroom was clean. Try it you will be happy. I will saty here everytime I am in the area."

Breakfast Highway noise. First time ever staying at a court yard Marriott I didn't know they had doors exposed to the outside. I lucked out and had a 3rd room floor and wasn't facing the busy highway. Didn't feel safe though traveling with 3 young children. Wish the hotel was in a more secure location. Seemed to attract some seedy characters (I kept a close eye on my kids in the pool). Can't recommend it.
