Really, this hotel was great! Everyone was so nice and helpful.. It is so convenient to shopping and dining both. My sister and I really enjoyed ourselves.

Room decor. The smell of the cleaning products; musky. An above average hotel stay.

The hotel staff was very friendly, polite, and helpful. They recommended restaurants and they knew their operation schedules. The location is convenient to the Frankenmuth conference center. Since I was on business it was great that the hotel was quiet and there was computer access in the lobby (I don't always like to bring my own computer). The rooms where comfortable and clean. The lighting was less than optimal for reading and going through paperwork.

It was a great experience and the staff was always helpful. Nothing. This hotel is a very nice hotel, clean, the staff was very friendly and informative.

The room was nicely decorated. The air conditioner was quiet. The dining area is also very comfortable. Plus we found the staff and other guests to be very cordial.

Perfect location for walking within Frankenmuth. Small elevators. Perfect location for walking within Frankenmuth. Short drive to Bronner's. Very clean rooms & general areas. Large spacious rooms. I recommend the 3rd floor rooms so that you can open up the windows! The best part was the wonderful continental breakfast more than just coffee/tea & muffins!

The stay at Fairfield Inn Frankenmuth was very confortable, the staff was very accomodating and friendly, great location on Main Street, and oustanding value.I was very impressed with the overall facility, the way we were treated, and the prime location of the Fairfield Inn Frankenmuth.

Everyone was friendly and helpful. The room was beautiful and the beds were comfortable. The elevator didn't work . And the sheets had stains on it. No refrigerator. The hotel was wonderful and our room was spacious. The setting area was great for our group. Th TV was small compared to the room. But we really enjoyed our stay.

Our trip to Frankenmuth was one we had planned and looked forward to for week. We were travelling with another couple and looked forward in sharing this experience with them. We were pleased that they had arrange for the rooms to be next door to each other. Though we knew check in wasn't till 3pm, I rememberd reading one of the reviews that stated they arrived early and it wasn't a problem, so upon arrival at Frankenmuth we sought out our hotel. The staff was curtious enough, but our rooms were not yet available. This was understandable as it was only 11:30am. Off we went to investigate the town, and we had a wonderful afternoon, arriving back at the hotel at 4pm., but sadly our room was not yet available. Arrangements were made to use the pool as they looked into the delay. About on hour later we were given a key and settled in. Apart from our initial delay of actually getting the room, everything went very well. The breakfast provided by the hotel was more then expected. We had a great time in Frankenmuth, making many momories.

Walk to entertainment (shops, restaurants, boat ride). The hotel pool is clean with an adjoining outdoor patio. The rooms were small but comfortable.

The overall value and the location . The key cards not working to get into the door. But they fixed it and then it was fine. If you are looking for value and good service then this is the hotel for you. The rooms have been recently updated.

I appreciated the friendly atmosphere. There was an issue with an alarm going off in the vacant room next to mine at 4:30 am. I called the front desk and they turned it off.

The room was very spacious and comfortable. The whirpool tub's drain leaked wouldn't hold water. My husband and I stayed a couple of nights for a getaway. The location was very convenient for walking the Main St. shops and a very short drive to Bronner's. Overall a nice, relaxing place to stay. We will definitely be coming back.

It was comfortable, convenient and very clean and friendly. Nothing. This hotel is located within walking distance to all the tourist attractions in Frankenmuth and just a short drive to Bronners Christmas Store. It is tastefully decorated and very comfortable. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.
