I loved the location and the staff was very helpful . The room was smaller than I had anticipated. Great location. Lots of restaurants nearby, not far from shopping and the Grand canyon. Friendly and helpful staff, was traveling, with 2 children, had a room with king bed staff provided an Aerobed which made it comfortable for everyone.

We had a great stay at the Fairfield Inn in Flagstaff. The service is excellent and the accommodations are nice & clean. The breakfast buffet has an ample variety to satisfy anyone. I would definitely recommend this hotel to all travelers. It made the trip that much more memorable!

Good and welcoming staff. Service oriented. Nothing that I did not like but nothing that I loved. Good and very charming staff. Rooms were quiet and far from the railway traffic which happens to be pretty intense in Flagstaff.

This is a rundown, dirty, and overpriced Fairfield. The only thing that kept them from getting the " should've slept in the car rating" was the friendly staff.

Clean and pleasant. Friendly staff. A tour bus was parked outside my window and filled the room with diesel smoke. There was no manager available to discuss the problem. This is a standard, Fairfield Inn, clean, well furnished, and a well trained friendly staff. However, there seems to be a major disconnect with management, having no duty manager from 9 to 10 AM is not consistent with the rest of the operation. And I can not be the first guest to be smoked out of this room (the adjacent rooms must be the same), maybe I'm the first with a child that couldn't breath.

We stayed here on our way to Phoenix. For a Marriot hotel, it was nothing special. Small pool area, very small rooms. Breakfast area was crowded and there was no where to sit. The beds were HARD and the light shone in the room all night since the curtains do not close all the way. I will stay at a Hilton/Hyatt/Embassy hotel next time.

Great location. Rooms were a bit small, especially bathrooms. Great location in Flagstaff. Good continental plus breakfast in the mornings. Rooms were a bit small but clean and quiet. I would recommend this facility to business travelers or families.

"This hotel did not honor our reservations as booked. We reserved a room with 2 doulbe beds as we were traveling with our teenage daughters. When we checked in we were provided a room with one bed. The hotel clerk refused to help us, stating that no rooms were available. My husband emailed the manager, who has yet to respond. We did not accept the room, no refund was given and an additional $*was charged to our credit card. If you stay here, be ready for the worst customer sevice, (the desk was understaffed), and uninvolved/uncaring/unavailable management."

Good location and the hotel was clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were small and beds were uncomfortable.

It was impossible to sleep. The drapes covered the sides of front window. Only shears covered entire window. This allowed outside lights to shine in room all night . Impossible to sleep with light shining in room.

Good heater. Bed was intolerable! No microwave/fridge for the money. The bed was intolerably hard and uncomfortable! For the price (double that of Motel 6), one would expect more than dough nuts and coffee for breakfast and a microwave/refrigerator.

"This hotel was extremely clean and well-decorated. The staff was professional and friendly. We enjoyed the free coffee, hot chocolate and cookies in the lobby. The continental breakfast was better than average. We would definitely stay here again."

Clean and good breakfast. Rooms were very small. The hotel staff was very friendly and the hotel itself was in good repair. My wife and I were there for the weekend and it was quiet and accommodating. I would definitely stay at this hotel again if needed. It was in a great location.

"fast, clean, breakfast room, easy internet access computer, spacious rooms, good front desk service"

Team was efficient and responsive. Room was best I had for a long time in that category: Modern, tidy and clean. When it is cold, stay on the top floor. Else you have to leave the hotel to enter the breakfast area. Most important in this city seems to be the distance to the train tracks. In our room we barely heard the horn of the many trains going through the city and it was nice and quiet throughout the night. The breakfast area is small, but manageable and the staff is making it up with their friendliness and responsivness. The oatmeal was out, but I got a new packing within one minute at our table. The single poor choice of the desigers was to have the doors facing outwards on the 1st and 2nd level. In Flagstaff, it gets quite cold during winter. But then, who enters the breakfast area in their pajamas?

"We were very impressed with this hotel. Everyone was very friendly. Our room was very nicely decorated and very clean. The king size bed was very comfortable and had 5 pillows. Breakfast had something for everyone (waffles, bagels, etc.). Overall it was a wonderful experience and we will definitely stay here again."

The fact that it was up a little hill where we kind of had a view of the surrounding area. The room was very nice and clean, the bed was very comfortable and I enjoyed having the coffee pot in the room for the morning. The continental breakfast was simple, just danishes, muffins and coffee. But that was all we needed. It was just a very nice stay.
