The only reason I wouldn't stay here again is because they don't have an indoor pool. Everything else was great. I enjoyed the room, and the lobby is very nice too.

It was close to my destination and pool was just kids' size. Kitchen staff was rude and bathroom to small. The stay was nice and for the most part the staff was great. One kitchen staff member was horribly rude to all guests. I also had to fix the toilet at 3 in the morning because the chain had come off of the ball and it wouldn't flush.

I was traveling on business and this hotel was 1) a Marriott chain and 2) close to the freeway. Pros: ? The king size bed was comfortable with plenty of pillows. ? The couch was like sitting on a cartoon couch fashioned out of a rock it was so hard, but the area was clean. The TV and cable worked fine and there were plenty of lamps in the room. ? The breakfast was good and always well stocked. ? Rooms were quiet, couldn?t hear neighbors at allCons: ? The bathroom and sink area were TINY! I am 5? 11? but the sink was almost comically low as it hit halfway between my knees and my hips. I almost had to get down on my knees to wash my face. There was no counter space around the sink and everything on the counter continued to fall into the sink. Annoying!! ? Beware: This is a hotel/motel. The first two floors have external doors, the 3rd floor has a hallway with internal doors. ? The vent in the bathroom was dirty and full of dust/cobwebs. ? I found several random hairs from previous guests throughout the bathroom (gross). ? The drapes were broken and had to be forced open or close.

Nice place, pool andbreakfast.

The bed was nice and firm, but not to much so. The room I stayed in was in dire need of renovation: looked like something out of the 70's. Too retro for me. Reception and dining area were quite nice. Hotel staff is friendly. Not your 'typical' Fairfield Inn.

We liked the bed. It was comfortable. The pipes shook and was loud when someone underneath us took a shower. It was a older Hotel. I did not like that our room was on the outside of the hotel. Someone's car alarm went off for about 5 minutes. Someone took a shower at 1am and the pipes made a loud noise the entire time the person bellow us was in the shower. When the maids came up to our floor, the bins that they roller made louds sound because of rolling it the concret floor. I didn't get much sleep. I must say though that the beds were very comfortable.

My wife and I stayed her for a night during the week. They have a free dinner Mon.-Thurs. evenings in the lobby dining area. We were served Chinese (some of the best crab rangoons and wontons I've ever had). The room was clean and comfy, and there were 5 or 6 pillows on the bed plus an extra blanket already in the room. There was no channel guide and ordering movies was a kind of hit-or-miss thing. I would definitely stay there again."

Free breakfast and dinner. Maid left my door unlocked for hours. They had a free dinner on Thursday eve, and free breakfast on Friday, and Saturday with waffles, hard boiled eggs, breakfast sandwiches. Unfortunately the maid left my door unlocked with the security latch in the door jam, until I arrived at night. I reported it, but no compensation for the risk they put my personal belongings.

Upon opening the door, the ?small room? was very cheery in appearance, linens were above average, there were 5 soft/fluffy pillows on our king-size bed which were very nice and the room was very clean. Breakfast was well done. Manager stopped us and wanted to know if everything was up to par. Despite the EARLY risers in the above room wandering for 2hrs, it was a very pleasant stay. Would stop again when there was another seminar requiring a night?s stay even though we are only 1-1/2 hours from home.

The highway noise was an issue while trying to sleep at night.

The cost was low. My front door was next to I-94 and very noisy. This is a motel with doors for each room on the outside of the building. My room faced I-94 and it was difficult to get any sleep with all the road noise. The room was a bit crowded with a king size bed and a stuffed chair, desk, dresser, refrigerator and night stand all crammed into a small room. It was nice having the refrigerator, but they could lose the stuffed chair.

Personnel were warm and accommodating Bed was comfortable, but poorly made up and the room was very noisy. This is not a two star rating, more like a 1 star. Room is handicap accessible, but not the tub/shower. Some grab bars were in place, but not adequate. We felt that we should get out of bed and re make it so we could sleep. Room heat/air conditioner was very noisy (fan), and thermostat hard to negotiate. We asked for a wake up call, it never came. Bad experience.

It was clean and convenient to freeway, very good breakfast. That weekend there were lots of children running around! The room was clean and had television, refrigerator and microwave. There was free internet service in the beautiful lobby. The king size bed was comfortable. The breakfast had a good variety of food and fruit, coffee and tea where available throughout the day. The room, lobby and grounds were well kept.

I liked the free WiFi, new bathroom, microwave, fridge and very friendly service. This is a motel with outside access to room. This motel has been remodeled with new bathroom fixtures, counters, and fine amenities. Breakfast included provided lots of choices in a nice dining area. The cost was very competitive and the motel a cut above most motels. I would definitely return when in the Kalamazoo area.

Not willing to adjust room set-up to 2 beds vs. 1 king. Room reserved was not used, we had to get another room with 2 beds.

I liked the continental breakfast. The bathroom was way too small, but I liked the mini fridge and coffee maker.

Staff was great, the location was convenient. The room was very small, the kingsized bed filled it up. The hotel is OK, the staff was fantastic. The location is a little noisy right near the highway. There were also dead bugs in some of the light fixtures in the room, otherwise it was clean. The room was tiny, with a king sized bed and all the furniture, there was not room for much else. The room was a little stuffy since the air conditioner did not work all that well, but that may have been due to the coolness of the weather.

Breakfast has eggs, breakfast sandwich, waffles and yogurt.
