Went to a theme park and then drove to Evansville.The hotel was neat and clean. The towels were scratchy and the ice machine was broken on our floor but it was still a nice place.

Location. You could hear the doors slamming to the other doors. I had called ahead a week prior about a shower chair, since I'm in a wheelchair. Since they said they had one, I didn't pack one. Needless to say, when we arrived there wasn't one, I called down to get one, they said they'd bring one up. After an half hour I went down and got one. It wouldn't work in the tub. Didn't get to shower.

Staff was very friendly and location was good. Enjoyed our stay, room was small but neat and clean as was bathroom. Nice water pressure in shower. No refrigerator or microwave but not a problem for us as we were only staying 1 night. Staff was friendly and accommodating.

Continental breakfast had a lot of variety and there was internet access. I expected the room to be bigger, it was a little bit small but very clean.

Location near University, restaurants and shopping complimentary breakfast was in a crowded space and chincy Clean hotel, nice staff, good location relative to UE, shopping and restaurants. I wanted to steal the pillows. I resently stayed at a hotel where I am sure a heavy, sweaty man slept in the bed the night before my stay - nasty. These piloows were clean, soft and smelled clean.

Clean, friendly, family oriented. Everything was very clean including the outdoor pool. The complientary breakfast was good and kept well stocked. It was your typical Fairfield Inn. I would stay there again.

I was able to check in early. Traffic is awful. I had stayed at this particular Fairfield Inn before. I was able to check in an hour early since I had nothing to do before the rest of my party arrived. Received a 20% discount at a restaurant located across the street. Beds are quite comfortable.

Clean, close to major roads, banks, restaurants and retail shopping. NA. When I asked them if I needed to do anything in order to keep the same room for the second night, they said I would not. I went to do errands on the second day and when I came back, I could not use my room key because they had de-magnetized it. I was really annoyed because I had asked them and they still made this mistake. My child had an upset stomach and really needed to use the restroom downstairs lobby (which was locked) and then the room key did not work. Finally, we had to go to the front desk and tell them the room key did not work. They apologized but it was still veryannoying when I asked them and they said everything wasok when it was not.

The staff was friendly and helpful. It was the smallest king size bed I ever seen. It was a romantic getaway at a great price. The room was comfortable and we made good use of the refrigerator and microwave.

Very friendly front desk person. Maids were not nice. This hotel was very nice and clean looked brand new. When we got there to check in the front desk clerk called housekeeping on her walkie talkie to see if our room was ready, front desk clerk was very nice, housekeeping responded rudely over walkie talkie saying " I thought check in time was 3:00". We had arrive approximately at 2:00. Front desk clerk acted like she didn't hear housekeeping, but looked very embarrassed.

The manager and staff made a special effort to prepare our room early so we could attend a wedding. There was some mold around the edge of the tub. Otherwise the room and bath were clean. Overall, very nice. Clean room with nice decor. Staff was very helpful and friendly.
