I asked for a room that was wheel chair accessible, and we had to travel to the 2nd floor where the halls was not that wide, the room was okay in size but the bathroom was not wheel chair accessible. The room was not cleaned, I complain to the manager and she changed our room the next day. The other room was much cleaner but the bathroom was small. The only thing that was miss was a indoor pool so the kids can enjoy it in the summer on bad days and the winter also.

Clean and cheerful. Well appointed for class. Location near major highway on less popular side. Attractive, well maintained and cheerful facility.

Our stay was okay for the cost. However, our room was not serviced at any time during our stay. I had to call for clean towels and dispose of the garbage myself.

Nice Hotel for the price but room was pre-paid and hotel staff also charged my credit card for the room even after I had verfied that the room was pre-paid. The money was refunded but took 3-5 business days for their mistake.

I enjoyed the continental breakfast and microwave & refrigerator in the rooms. Hotel lobby was not clearly marked, bathroom was pretty small & not a whole lot of lighting.

Although from other reviews I was aware that the rooms would be small, I expected them to be clean and have the basics. We had travelled down for a concert and didn't really get much of a chance to check out our room until after the concert was over. Front desk staff had been friendly enough, but the room left me a bit cold. The headboards were very dusty and one of the two beds had hair in it. The bathroom was small and cramped and didn't even have an exhaust fan. Upon check-out I informed the front desk about the condition of the room and they thanked me, but informed me since I booked through "the travel agency" (oops, wrong company) they could not adjust my rate....Have a good day! At $90 a room I'm thinking I can do a little better than having to climb steps outside to get to a small, unclean room next time. Not to mention it was very difficult to find...the sign is small and back off the road.

I enjoyed the gym, although it was small. This was a great hotel and the breakfast was great, it has a small gym, which was really all you need when your away from home for a few days and the staff was very nice and helpful. Overall I would stay there again.

Clean, staff was good. Had no smoking rooms only & the toilet keep running. The hotel in all was clean, the common area was clean and they had no place all no smoking rooms and the Jacuzzi was too small.

At first, I was hesitant upon driving up to the hotel. But we were so pleasantly surprised! The staff was VERY friendly, and we had an EXCELLENT complimentary Italian dinner!

"This property is an old converted motor inn, and the rooms feel very small, crowded, dark and dirty. The walls were dirty, the carpet serving as baseboard was coming off, and there was debrie and urine at the base of the toilet. We moved after the first day. "

this hotel was within 5 minutes of where I needed to go. There was alot of outside nois from traffic and other guests. This hotel met my requirements and expecations for the price I payed. The rooms were not as sound proof from the traffic outside than I would have liked but overall it was an enjoyable stay.

Clean, convenient to destination, excellent breakfasts, many in room conveniences. Room a little too small. Overall very good. Conveniently located to shopping, restaurants, the palace of auburn hills. Very extensive continental breakfast, and many conveniences in room. coffee pot, iron, hairdryer etc. Room was a little small but ok if you don't plan to spend much time in them.

Very average Hotel but good service and good breakfast. Wireless internet was great. Exterior of building needs some work.
