The breakfast was top of the line. The evening desk worker was not professional. The room was nice size with a beautiful view of the mountains.

The staff was friendly and accommodating. The room was clean. It was nice to have the sink separated from the shower so both of us could get ready. The room was small. The indoor pool/spa were deciding factors for me. Also, the free breakfast was attractive, although we did not make it down there in time, while we were there. I wish all the rooms had a fridge and a microwave. However, I did see the fridge in the Executive suites and it didn't seem that cold. I traveled with my teenage son so the fact that the shower and the sink were separated allowed us both to get ready at the same time. The staff was friendly and accommodating and the room was clean. There were pay-for movies. I guess another thing is that I wish the room had been bigger. Finally, I'm glad we had my son's GPS since the hotel was somewhat hard to find.

Samantha at the front desk was SO genuinely sweet and helpful. This hotel was a true pleasure for us! Too much chlorine in pool, no refrigerator in room. The location of this hotel makes it so convenient for shopping, dining, and overall access to Denver Metro area. The prices were far better in this location than others nearby, and the area is clean and close to Park Meadows Mall, a place that saved us when our outdoor plans were spoiled because of the unexpected sudden rain. Hotel staff is WONDERFUL; the continental breakfast was great and filled with a good variety of healthy and comfort foods.

The beds are the best ever. The "perfume" sprayed everywhere to conceal odors made my sinuses hurt. The hotel is very quiet and clean. They tend to over use scents to keep the air from smelling stale, I suppose. But it wreaks havoc with your sinuses. The indoor pool and hot tub was an unexpected bonus.

Compact, good parking, good neighborhood. Further away from the area I wanted to be. The hotel is a good mid-line hotel. The breakfast was a bit weak, I think there could be more variety without impacting the cost. Otherwise, we really liked this property.

Took full advantage of the complimentary coffee available in the lobby 24-hours a day. I received a handicapped room (I'm not); it felt institutional. Poor bathroom lighting.

Never stayed there due to blizzsardnever received call back from your customer service people either. I'm incredibly disappointed.
