Location. Breakfast, size of bathroom counter. Great for overnight stay.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Fairfield Inn by Marriott Las Colinas. It was one of the nicest rooms that I have ever stayed and would have loved to stay there a week. The bed was the most comfortable beds that i have ever slept in and would have loved to take it home with me. We just really enjoyed every aspect of the room to include the flat screen TV.

The hotel is located off the highway so I was very happy. I called ahead and told the receptionist I would be checking in late and I was please to see my keys handed to me as soon as I arrived. In addition, the continental breakfast was on-time and enjoyable. The room was clean and the king size bed was perfect. I would definitely stay at Fairfield by The Marriot again.

The indoor pool and the friendly staff. Elevator took forever and AC wasn't cooling good. The hotel was ok and we are Marriot members and stay at Fairfield and Courtyards at least 3 different vacations or meeting throughout the year but I want to stay at this one again.

The hotel experience was super. They had a super pool with an actual hot tub! It was alot warmer than bath water. Which made it very relaxing. Front desk was very helpful and friendly. All of the accomodations were supurb

I picked the hotel based on the reviews and was amazed at what a comfortable clean hotel it was for the price we paid. Breakfast was great and the pool was well kept, quick access to the highway made our travels easy. The free internet service in the lobby was a benefit that I did not read about. Be warned that IRVING is a dry city. They have bars but you cannot buy beer to go. Overall, online travel website was the perfect choice for my research.

When my family and I arrived at the hotel, we were impressed with cleanliness of our room. This hotel was great! The continental breakfast was one of the best I've seen. The room we stayed in was super clean. Will definitely stay here again on out next trip to Dallas.

Very nice hotel, friendly staff, very good hot buffette breakfast., small but clean and warm indoor pool with lots of extra towels. Centerally located near lovely downtown Los Colinas area, near main highways to Dallas and Ft. Worth.

The beds have not been upgraded to the soft pillow tops mattress like most of the other ""Fairfields"". Room had a odd odor (previous smoking?). The shower stall wasnt clean (hair).

Staff's area knowledge. Economy, dingy entry. Great for what it is. The entry is low scale and first impressions mean alot. dress it up(entry/check in) and the rooms will seem nicer.

Not the best place I have stayed in but not too bad either! Very friendly staff, excellent indoor pool, the room could use a little updating; larger tv, satelite or dvd player, some repairs on waterstained corner ceiling. For a one night stay, not all that bad!

This motel was 500% cleaner, neater, fresher. What a great motel! The room was clean and smelled clean. The pool was warm and clean. The breakfast was quite decent. I would definitely stay here again. In fact we did stay here last time we were in Dallas, but I didn't realize how nice it was until now. This room was indescribably better! WOW!

Very clean, beds were comfortable. No roll away available even though it was listed in amenities. Clean, better than most of the regular used up Dallas rooms, the beds were dressed w/quality linens, fairly close to the attractions of Dallas/Arlington.

It was very clean & quiet. The staff was friendly & helpful. The hotel was kept very clean. The staff was very friendly. The complimentary breakfast was wonderful & fully stocked. We had a very pleasant stay.

It had the best hotel beds we've ever slept on. Wanted to take them home! Seemed understaffed. The one guy in the front office was very busy. This place was quiet and exceptionally clean. The beds were excellent - best we've had anywhere - and none of the furnishings had any wear or tear. If you can figure out where this hotel is and how to get to it, a stay here is worth your time.

"Rooms were nice - water pressure was great! The complimentary breakfast was more than we expected. The kids really enjoyed the indoor pool. The only negative was the piercing fire alarm that went off three times in one day because guests were abandoning the waffle maker causing smoke. It took a while to get the alarm off even after it was deemed a non-threatening situation. I was traveling with a group of 3 year olds and infants - so this was very unpleasant! But overall no complaints - great location, easy access to highways, close to shopping, etc."

Great location, clean, WIFI!!! Halls smelled of smoke but the room was OK. Great location near DFW airport. Irving is very nice and it was only a short drive to Six Flags Over Texas which is why we went up there. The staff was very helpful from helping me get to the hotel when I called them to say that I was lost to needing directions to get to Six Flags. Very nice experience.

"I found the hotel to be very clean with very comfortable beds. The breakfast was generous, complete with warm, fresh waffles. Very close to the airport, but directions were a little confusing once on the service road. Lots of restaurants nearby. Would stay there again."
