The hotel was very clean and well kept. The rooms were a little small. I was there for two nights, however due to business, did not see the pool, exercise room, etc. so cannot comment on those. The staff was very friendly and helpful when looking for locations for dinner.

Staff assisted when asked about delivery of take out and had area menus. Had a slight problem with flushing toilet. Very helpful staff. Good coffee and great breakfast area. Just of the interstate, but very quite.

I can honestly say, we really enjoyed our stay at the Fairfield. The staff was really friendly. The rooms were really clean and nicely decorated. Coffee, tea bar is opened 24 hours. During the day cookies and water and free razors were served. The breakfast was another great feature. Everything from muffins, cereals, and boiled eggs. They even had a waffle station with batter to make your own. Free newspapers were provided daily. The only negative was the size of the pool. It's the smallest I ever seen for a motel. Can't wait to go back next year.

Went to take National Registry paramedic exam. We were able to practice our prac stations in rooms. Staff always friendly and helpful. The only items I would have liked would have been a small refrigerator and internet access in my room.

Conveniently located near our conference site. They were very cooperative and assigned us a new room.

We liked everything about the hotel except that the bed had a mattress that was too soft for us. We liked everything else from the breakfast, free newspaper, to the room furniture which included and comfortable chair in which to watch TV comfortably and a desk and chair.

Was uncertain what to expect as I had chosen the cheapest, WOW what a wonderful surprise, everything and everyone was very helpful and pleaseant. A bottle of liquid had spilled in my bag,every thing except my dress clothes were a mess. How wonderful it was to have a laundromat available on the premises. I have and will tell everyone I know about my pleasing experience.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Room wasn't cleaned well, but staff took care of it. I have stayed at this hotel many times. It has a close proximity to the highway, is very quiet, and has great staff. I've never been disappointed with my stays. If I have had any problems, the front desk has been quick to remedy any issue I may have.

I didn't like the appearance, but I'm confident that it will be better next time I stay here because of renovation. Air conditioner was on when I was in the room and I didn't realize it until I got up, so it was very cold. Turned it off when I checked out. Front desk was very courteous when I checked in & out.

The Fairfield Inn at Concord was very comfortable. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the hotel staff was very friendlly and accommodating. Breakfast was included and had a great variety of food, including waffles that you make fresh. A nice surprise was the free body lotions and creams available in the foyer, bottles of spring water and cookies. I would stay here again.

Everything seemed new and clean, both inside the room and out. A bit hard to find. I very much enjoyed my week here. The breakfast was first-rate, the bed and other furniture was new and comfortable, and everything was spotless.

Location to highways and still being downtown excellent. Mattress much too soft for large people, difficult sleeping. Hotel is just off major highways, but within walking distance of downtown concord. The hotel appears new and fresh. Their common and free breakfast area was large and accomodating, and very popular. Coffee available 24 hrs. My room clean and fine, but typical for level of hotel. Staff had a professional attitude. Mattress too soft, only complaint.

The Manager and the Lady who runs the breakfast. To close to the Highway. We have no complaints. The staff was superb - very eager to help in any way. A very clean and well managed hotel for sure. The Breakfast is worth rebooking for our next trip to NH - which I believe we've already done.

The beds are really comfy. The AC unit was a bit noisy. I checked in very late (11 pm) after traveling a good distance and found the accommodations and the staff was very welcoming.

Breakfast, pool, location all excellent. All good! Right next to excellent bar and restaurant. Nice small pool, good breakfast included.
