Family of 4 stayed here overnight on our way to the Outer Banks. Got in around midnight, and checked right in. Staff was friendly. Room was ready and waiting, clean--especially bathroom (my pet peeeve). Mini-fridge, microwave, nice. Beds were comfortable. Just what we needed after 12 hours in the car. Great value.

We stayed at this hotel two years ago when my father-in-law died. This time, my mother-in-law passed away and my wife really wanted to stay at the same place. I was reluctant to reserve rooms because of a three-star rating, but after reading the rating the caused it to be so low, I decided that we would stay here once again. Boy am I glad we did. The time there was just wonderful. The staff was very helpful, courteous, and available. The rooms were just fine. The continental breakfast was more that you would find at a similar inn. All-in-all, it made a difficult time more bearable; once again. Thanks to all the fine staff at the Fairfiled Inn in Chester, VA. Keep up the good work. We'll be back, hopefully under better circumstances.

The hotel management is very accomodating. Donnell is always kind and supportive of my needs for I stay an average of once a month with with my grand Clean, great breakfast bar, within the vicinity of restaurants, gas, and groceries. Directly off I-95

This hotel and its staff is attrocious. The room was dirty, the bathroom had hair all over the place, there were ants on the vanity and the desk light was broken. The internet didn't work and the manager didn't seem to care to have it fixed. I will never EVER stay here again.

Was very clean and pretty. Everything was great, exception window treatment would not stay closed and we were at ground level. Other than window treatment mention, all areas were very nice and attractive.

Very clean, quiet, and a good assortment of complimentary breakfast. I've stayed at this hotel twice and have been extremely pleased both times. The staff is friendly, It is within walking distance of family restaurants as well as upper scale gas stations.

We look for Fairfied Inns for a good price, clean rooms, nice breakfast, helpful staff, and ease of getting back to the Interstate. It was all those things and we would stay there again.

Very clean and close to food and shopping. Breakfast could be more diversified. Needs protein. Would very much stay again.

My room was located next to the lounging area and so until 10:30 p.m. I had no peace and quiet.

The staff was very attentive to my needs. This hotel exceeded my expectations. It is conveniently located off I-95 and there is a lot of restaurant choices in the vicinity. The staff went above and beyond to meet my needs. The rooms were spacious and the beds are of high quality. The bed felt like a tempurpedic. Great lobby! I highly recommend this hotel to all travelers.
