well the night that me and my family stayed here just so happened to be a night when something with soccer teams where all getting together for a tournament. for most of the day little kids where all over the halls which is ok durring the day. but at 10 at night about 12 kids or so in the hall screeming and playing. while people are trying to sleep plenty of people kept opening there doors and asking for quite enen i did atleast 5 times. finally around 2 in the morning i fell asleep. in the morning i talked to a lady that worked there and she said that the manager lets that happen every night. now i am a business owner and if i was in that town for business i would have thrown a much bigger argument but i was there for a family outing for Gettysburg,PA and my family said not to worry about it. although the next day instead of enjoying our outing we were all tired due to the lack of sleep the night before. i will never go to this hotel againd and that is a promise

The staff was friendly, the room was clean and spacious. The bed was ridiculously hard, liked a wooden plank. We got a good deal on this hotel on Priceline, and it suited our needs just fine. The staff was very friendly and the room was large and clean, nicely appointed. The bathroom was also good. The only drawback was the unbelievably hard mattress. Made sleep difficult. I was not even sure it was a mattress, it might have been a picnic table with a sheet over it.

I've stayed at this hotel a few times now and have always found the staff friendly, the rooms clean. The Fairfield Inn Chambersburg offers easy access to the city's main crossroads. Cracker Barrel and Bob Evans restaurants are within easy walking distance. The Cracker Barrel includes a nice gift shop. The hotel is easy to find off Interstate 81. The indoor pool and hot tub are available year round.

Not too much. Breakfast was very poor. The worst Fairfield Marriott I have ever stayed at. It seems that they skimped on every thing from the breakfast to the size of the towels (witch were very small) and only two for tow adults. This must be a franchise Marriott as most other were just wonderful.

Clean, comfortable, convenient and quiet. It is located just off the highway so we were able to be on our way in the morning. The breakfast was very nice.

The lady who worked the graveyard shift was reasonably friendly. It really is a no frills place. The elevator is slow, the staff was so-so. If all you need is a bed to sleep in, this place is okay. Though now that I think about it, the bed wasn't that great. The television is tiny. Breakfast was pretty good.

The best aspect of this hotel was the excellent friendliness of the employees. The discomfort of the mattresses. Overall it was a wonderful stay with the exceptionn of the uncomfortable mattresses. It would be a wonderful idea to use matress pads for those of us who have bad backs.

It was nice, clean, had a pool, offered breakfast and close to restaurants and not far from the outlets. I would definitely stay in a Fairfield Inn again. I took a 7 day road trip and this was one of the nicest hotels I stayed in during the trip. I would also recommend it to others.

The cleaniness, they had polite hotel staff and they were friendly and helpful and the rooms were clean and beds comfortable I would recommend this hotel . Nothing. I would recommend it to family and friends and the staff was friendly and a very clean hotel and we had no problems with anything.

The breakfast was excellent, they had a large variety of food to eat. Can't find anything I didn't like. Good people, good location as we traveled to Gettysburg and the outlets in Hagerstown, only 30 minutes from the hotel to each. Their breakfast was excellent with a good variety of foods and drinks. I would definitely stay there again.

Clean and close to restaurants & shopping. Double beds are too small for two adults. We thought the hotel was clean and easy to find right off the highway. The only thing we did not like was the roomhad two full size beds that were really too small for us both to sleep in.

Spacious rooms, firm mattresses (not those awful pillow-tops you can drown in), clean, free wireless. Night clerk was less than friendly. Very good choice for the budget traveler.

Comfort of bed and size of room. Lobby was very small. Rooms had a horrible smell like mildew and old mold. Desk clerk gave me some spray that smelled like Clorox to get rid of the odor. It did not work. I went to K-Mart and got some Febreeze to try and get rid of the smell since I could not get my money back. Did not experience breakfast. Fire alarm went off at 5:30 am and continued to ring for at least an hour. Did not get much sleep.

Comfortable beds and delicious breakfast. This hotel was close to Gettysburg. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The beds we very comfortable. The staff was very helpful and we really enjoyed the breakfast,there was a large selection. It was very clean. My family had a great nights stay.

The price. AC's smelled like mildew. Changed room with same results. Smelly AC's, one ice machine for the entire hotel.
