Front desk person was extremely polite and helpful at check in and when we needed directions. Not enough to choose from at the continental breakfast bar.

Superb and excellent. I wish every stay was like this one. When I return to Tucson I will stay there again. Nothing. You could feel the friendliness from the moment I walked in at midnight. This hotel is ran with a great team spirit. I liked it so much that I stayed 2 extra days. I felt like I was at home with family.

Judging by the amount of children in the breakfast room, it appears that it is family friendly. I don't really know if a business person would want to stay in a place with a lot if children. It was fine for us. Not a place you would intend to stay for a long period but one night was perfect

It is comfortable and the continental breakfast is good. The hotel is clean and decorated nicely. The linens are good quality. The room is a good size and relatively quiet. The staff is friendly and competent.

Rooms were old sink had stains toilet didn't flush right. This hotel was presented as a Tucson airport hotel. The Fairfield Inn has another hotel by the airport. We went to the one by the airport first and were told it was the other Fairfield Inn several miles away.

Excellent location for our purposes (horse show), clean comfortable room, nice continental breakfast. Friendly, helpful staff. Key did not work on outside door, 2nd floor (minor inconvenience). Excellent value, good location. Clean comfortable rooms that are well-maintained. Helpful and friendly staff. Well-lighted parking lot with easy access off freeway. Very nice continental breakfast.

Cleanliness. Poor service. Clean place to stay but service was bad. Toilet did not work and when I notified front desk they gave me a plunger and said maintenance people already left for the day so that is all they have! The plunger did not work and I was given another room. When I returned the key of the first room the front desk staff asked me to return the plunger! I had never seen anything more ridiculous than this!

Good location, great breakfast set up, high speed internet and friendly staff. The selection for TV channels was very poor. We would certainly stay here again - overall the experience was very good.

The front desk staff was awesome! They were so helpful and very friendly. Nothing. The experience was wonderful, all around. Loved it! From the fantastic front desk staff to the complimentary continental breakfast every morning. You can't beat the value! I will choose this hotel every time I visit family in Tucson.

It did not have a microwave or refrigerator This hotel was not the one that I expected to stay. I have a 1 year old baby and this hotel did not have a microwave or refrigerator to keep the babies milk or to warm up the milk. I was not very happy.

Check-in was easy. Our room was right next to the laundry facility. Overall, hotel was good - I would stay there again. Staff was prompt and helpful. Check-in was easy. Continental breakfast had a lot of choices.

The pillows and bed were very high quality and so comfortable that I slept great! The colors of the blankets and drapes were a little to bright color.(almost a florescent green) My overall experience with this hotel was great! I would highly recommend it to anyone and I got an excellent deal.

Convenient to where we had business; affordable room rate Train whistles interrupted sleep; uncomfortable mattresses Provides an affordable alternative to high-season rates at nearby hotels, property clean and well-kept, staff friendly, good selection at continental breakfast, convenient to highway. Don't count on a great night's sleep, though, when trains are coming through.

Easy access to interstate. It seemed to be a motel 6. Small pool, very small room, not a good choice if traveling with children, not very accommodating, we were unable to get extra pillows for the pull-out bed and were unable to get extra towels, something you would expect from an upscale hotel.

Spacious rooms, decent breakfast. Narrow hallways. A good quality experience, comfortable and quiet.

Has High Speed Internet as standard service for guests Expected a little better quality in general

Easy to find Bathroom could have been cleaner, a little dated No real complaints for the price. Just an average room at an average price. Could use some updating.

Close to airport Was not told it was not located in the airport area. Nice and clean central area.

reputation dirty Hotel was dirty. Although there was a renovation in '03 the carpets in the room were filthy. I am writing directly to Marriott in regards to the condition of the hotel
