only 1 elevator worked for guest and cleaning staff. Ice machine didn't work on our floor.toilet didnt flush. ect. We checked out after 1 night instead fo the 5 we had booked.

This was an excellent location. My teenage Son and I were Here for one night while we waited for the rest of our family members to arrive to the area, before transfering down to another hotel off the ocean. The location was great. We visited Broadway at the Beach which reminded me of Downtown Disney in Orlando, Florida . The Ocean was minutes away. The rooms were very clean with comfortable beds. We spent the evening walking around Broadway at the Beach and then took in a movie later that evening.

Friendly staff. Booking through pricline made everything very easy. Free breakfast was well stocked but first come first serve grabfest. I only stayed for one night so I am not qualified for a thourough review but the staff was friendly and helpfull the free breakfast was well stocked.

Very nice rooms and pool was open late. I found a few bugs in the bathroom. Great hotel and very good location. It was only a few miles away from the beach. The area across the street was helpful to eat at when you tired driving. The hot tub was very hot and hotel was nice when you can't be at the beach all day.

I travel to Myrtle Beach once a week on business. This is a great 3 star hotel for the price. Clean and relatively new. The best feature is the proximity to Broadway at the Beach. There is something there for everyone. You will not get bored.

"Stayed here last year and hotel is even better! Clean, lovely rooms, comfortable beds, VERY friendly staff, walked across street to dining/entertainment at Broadway @the Beach and only a few blocks drive to ocean! I travel to Myrtle Bch. several times every summer and this hotel is the BEST for value and location( and I am PICKY!) First 3 nights stayed at oceanfront Kingston Plantation condos for twice the price, moving to this hotel on last night made my trip! USA Today delivered to door in morning was a nice touch, as was the complimentary breakfast-stay here!! "

The pool area was very nice and well maintained. Nice continental breakfast. The room was fairly clean but there were a few areas that were lacking. I was also disappointed that there was no fridge or microwave. Overall it was a very nice stay, easy to find and very conveniently located. The staff was very nice and helpful. The pool and outdoor area was the best part of the stay. The continental breakfast was typical of other places but nice. I was somewhat disappointed with was the overall cleanliness of the room. There were just a few areas that were overlooked. I was also disappointed by the lack of a fridge or microwave.

We had a fabulous time at the Fairfield by Broadway. It was super close to awesome activities and the staff was great. The rooms were very clean and the pool spacious. I would definitely stay there again!

Staff always helpful. The strong smelling air freshener on the floor was very strong and gave me a headache. This hotel accommodated me and my family very well. Provided a crib for my 1 1/2 yr old. When I needed milk for him late at night they helped with no problem. Very courteous staff and clean accommodations.

The hotel was very secure & the staff was very friendly & helpful. No fridge, microwave or coffee maker. This is a non smoking hotel but they will put you near an exit door. The staff is was great & the rooms were very clean & spacious. I would stay here again.

Economical, and sensibly located. Breakfast was typical crappy, cold motel food. This hotel is excellent in most respects, the room was very clean, the staff was nice, and helpful, I have nothing against smokers when they smoke outside, and this hotel has the right idea, no smoking at all inside. Thank you for a great stay.

Gentleman on night shift was very friendly and helpful. At check in, lady was rude, said to sit down and wait then waited on 2 other customers. Fairly clean reasonable accommodation. Check in staff made me feel like a second rate citizen. A flea jumped on my leg and it me the last day of our stay and when I told the desk she just raised her eyebrows and did nothing and shrugged her shoulders. When I told her I thought the rooms were pet free. Smokers stood outside the door, way to the hall of the room and smoke kept coming in. Overall I was not very pleased with this experience. The only highlight was a reasonably good breakfast and the gentleman on nightshift was very helpful and kind to my 13 year old son. He should be commended for good customer service. I think I should receive a voucher for a free stay at a similar motel for the same number of nights. Generally overall it was not a good experience.
