Date of Stay:

Room was clean. Room was small. All in all, for the money, a very nice hotel for one or two nights. The room could have been a bit larger, but for an overnight stay, it was fine.

January, 2006
The room was clean and updated; the staff was friendly; the breakfast was great. Beds very comfortable. Great experience for our family.

Convenient location. Some interstate noise at night. Great hotel and high quality.

Excellent breakfast. The hotel was conveniently located near interstate, restaurants and shopping. Excellent continental breakfast. Very clean nice room.

The staff was friendly and the parking was close to the entrances. The breakfast room was too crowded and they needed more waffle makers as they only had one and that was the extent of their hot meal. Although the electricity in the city went out they kept their cool. Except for the breakfast nook not being big enough to handle the crowds it was a nice clean well kept small hotel.

Extremely comfortable beds, very clean rooms. Non Smoking. I enjoyed my stay. Beds were very comfortable and rooms were very clean. Staff was very young, but still helpful. Fitness room wasn't the greatest. Pool was nice to cool off in the summer heat.

Staff had our reservation ready even though no power. Outside entrance to room. Good deal for the money.

Mislead about the room. I am very disappointed in the hotel and our stay was miserable because of the problems with the rooms.

Breakfast bar was good. We were told at the desk could not request 2 double beds. It was convenient to interstate and clean, should have been able to request a room type, as far as beds.

Close to the highway and restaurants, good service. The only problem I had was the original room that we were given the toilet was not working and we had to move to another room down the hallway. Other than the toilet not working and having to move to another room at 9 pm it was a nice hotel with friendly service and a nice pool that the kids enjoyed. Our family had a nice stay.

The beds were clean and very comfortable. The pool on the first day was dirty. The hotel was a little dated but everyone was very nice. The complimentary breakfast area was kept very clean and stocked. One of the questions on your web sight needs to ask how many beds if they are not going to upgrade. Thank you for the deal when gas is so high it makes traveling with a family hard.

Very comfortable and convenient. Would like an indoor pool. This hotel was excellent. Much more than a two star. We would say it's rated it much higher and would recommend to everyone. A wonderful stay and a wonderful hotel.

The room was clean and inviting with fluffy pillows and linens. The bathroom desperately needs updating to be at the same level as the rest of the room. The staff was friendly and helpful and eager to assist us when we asked questions. The fresh-baked cookies were a splendid touch, by the way! Our room was clean and inviting and was decorated in modern colors (greens, reds, and tans). The free breakfast was great but the dining area was crowded and full during all breakfast hours. Overall, this is a great hotel for the money.

The beds were comfortable. Basically everything besides the beds. The staff was not friendly or helpful at all. I didn't like it at all.

They use something like duvet coverlets over the bedding, that they wash with the sheets, so you know it is all so clean! They did not have mini refrigerators in the room, but it wasn't so bad. This hotel was so clean that I felt very comfortable. I did not have to peel back the comforter that everyone else uses too without being washed, because they wash the cover! It sounds silly but that was awesome. The beds were very comfortable as well. I would definitely stay here again!

Computer in lobby to access email. No extra pillows even though there were vacant rooms where pillows could have been borrowed. Friendly and accommodating staff.

Big nice comfy bed! Nothing to tell. Nice hotel, very clean, comfy beds.

Very friendly staff. A little tucked away & hard to find (at first that is). Friendly staff, good food, great value.

The bed was extremely comfortable. More variety on breakfast. We were extremely pleased. The front desk folks were very nice.
Date of Stay:
November, 2006
Very clean. Clerk, although very efficient, needs to lose attitude. A much better experience than I expected after I learned which hotel chain I received.
