The staff was really friendly and knowledgeable. She offered alternative routes and mode of public transportation in and around the area. The room was clean and adequately sized for what we're looking for. They offered good continental breakfast selection. Finally, it was a great price for last minute booking especially being near downtown Boston.

The staff and bed were fantastic. Toilet was broken (you had to giggle the handle).

We needed a place to stay after we got into Logan late on a Friday before we checked into a Boston hotel the next day. The hotel was fine. Clean, easy to find, nice staff. The location was close to alot of retail. We did, however, have problems finding any food options open after midnight(not the hotel's fault). Nice enough breakfast bar, but very crowded and not enough seats on Sat AM.

Overall, this is the nice, fair-priced hotel. The location is very conventient to highway and a small shopping mall. Staff is very friendly. Room is nice and clean. Only thing I disliked is the hotel is right next to the rail, so whenever the train passes by, you would know (every ~1hr).

Cushy bed/pillows & excellent breakfast foods! Train noise outside was very loud, perhaps better windows. Check in staff wasvery friendly. Clean neat lobby. Free internet, good perk. Loved the silver wrapped Hershey kisses! Overall nice place to stay.

The hotel was lovely except that the breakfast was over too early! & it was kind of far from the airport.

The Fairfield Inn, Marriott Woburn, is located in a family friendly neighborhood, with everything one needs from eating to shopping. We were greeted by an clean, colorful, appealing lobby and an extraordinarily friendly staff. The room accomodated us well, was roomy with 2-full size beds, dresser area, and desk area. We liked that the sink was separate from the shower area. We would recommend this hotel to others who want a fair priced hotel just outside of Boston, with ample parking for our rent-a-car.

Friendly helpful staff, conveniently located near restaurants an a mall, great breakfast Hotel sits next to major highway so it was noisy at night The staff here were very helpful and friendly. Room and hotel was clean and newly renovated by the look of it. Breakfast in the morning was great.

Fairfield Inn was a well kept hotel and would stay there again...if I had a car. There was no shuttle service to the train and it took taxis a while to get to the hotel. Other than that, the room was comfortable and peaceful.

Convenience of location, and friendliness of staff. As much as we enjoyed the am complimentary breakfast, the lady that cleaned up was in the way and using cleaning products on food. Very clean, very convenient to restaurants and very friendly staff. Thank you!

Good quality for the price. The breakfast room was to small.

I was greatly pleased with the ease of use of the internet service they use. It was easy to connect and gave very fast throughput. The greatest bargain in any place I have stayed recently was their Breakfast Bar. Everything was freah and you can make your own Belgin Waffles. They had 24/7 coffee service, a rarety today. The coffee was always hot and plentiful. The Staff was very friendly and check-in and check-out was a breeze. I have recommended this location to my family and will recommend it to friends also. I was very pleased and nicely surprised at their great value.

Easy access to Boston. Not much open later at night near the hotel, loud train going by. This hotel is perfect if you're looking for something reasonably priced that's close to Boston. Right near the highway (where 93 and 95 meet), it's only a 15-20 minute drive into Boston. The room was clean and nicely decorated. The only problems are the train that goes by pretty often and it seemed like not very much (restaurants and stores) were open later at night around the hotel. Otherwise, a great budget hotel near Boston!

Recently renovated. No mini fridge for room. Room recently renovated, clean and sharp, very modern decor. Only gripe was that they do not have mini fridges available for rooms. They did offer to put anything needed in their fridge at the desk however. Normally not a big trouble unless you have medication which requires it or you have an infant as in my case. Unsure if this is all due to renovations or not.

Staff were so kind. The lock on the hotel room was broken. I enjoyed staying here with my husband. The room was lovely and the staff were very kind.
