There was no one at the front desk for a good 15 minutes at check in. The girl who finally showed up had no clue to register someone. The pool was not clean and had a hose - supposedly the pool had a leak that one one was fixing.

Clean rooms, good breakfast, good parking. Nothing. Pleasant staff, very helpful, a place where I will stay again. Thanks.

Lovely room and lots of friendly staff. Better breakfast than most places. Newly re-modeled and it shows. Stay here.

When I checked in I was told my room was cancelled, even though I confirmed the night before. He couldn't tell me how it was cancelled, since the computers were down. No internet access at all in the hotel. I was finally given the last room on the 5th fl. The desk agent failed to tell me the elevator was not working (even though he saw I was using a cane). I hiked up the 4 floors and hoped by 10:30a the next day it would be working...but no, had to hike down the stairs again. Never was an apology offered. The rooms was OK, but not great. As I was leaving on my last day, they were clearing out the floor for construction. Thank goodness I was checking out. Would not go there again.

The Fairfield Marriot hotel room was comfortable, the room was a good size. The down side of our stay was, we were put in the handicapped room next to the elevator and next to the laundry room where all the house keepers did their work. When the cleaning crew arrived in the morning around 5 a.m they were loud and singing in the halls. Sounded like they were throwing a party.

Friendly staff, internet availbility. Hotel was clean and staff was friendly. Internet was available. We only really slept there. Coffee was available in the morning.

Though just stayed for a night, my wife and I had a fair experience in this hotel. The room was ok, next day breakfast was good, staff was helpful. Only problem that we had was the heatin system was very noisy, and was frequently getting turned off and on - not sure if it was set up like that to adjust with the room temperature. Overall, it is a very good hotel for what they charge.

The place was clean.

Quiet, clean, comfortable. No indoor pool and toilets didn't flush right. The general manager was very kind, and welcoming. The room was clean and exceptionally quiet considering we were placed on the floor with all the softball team and lacrosse team. We had good stay.

Great for work plus free internet access in the room. Great for work plus free internet access in the room. Staff was not fully trained and was not sure how to handle charges.

Room convenient to ice machine. Poor breakfast. Yes I would stay here again but I very much would like to have an indoor Jacuzzi , and a better breakfast. Jimmy sausage and egg biscuit just does not do it for me. But hey, that's just me.

Very clean and quiet. No restaurant. Nice place to stop for the night.

Near the highway but far away to avoid noise. No frills lodging. Safe location with safe parking. Parents with kids seemed to be happy. Near both family and business style restaurants. Very little noise at night.

This hotel is located in a very convenient area close to 495. The room was clean and comfortable. The sheets and blankets smelled clean. The staff could have been friendlier. If you're looking for a moderately priced, clean hotel in the greater Lowell area, look no further than this hotel. It is a very pleasant, recently updated hotel. It is quiet.

Great location. N/A The food selection at the hotel is very poor, the fruit is normally either too green or too old to eat. Many times the juice and milk run out before the breakfast time is over. I mention it to the staff and they are slow to respond if at all.

quiet and clean, near food Beds not as comfortable. Quiet clean, near gas stations and restaurants, breakfast closes too early, though.

Only one washer/drier for entire hotel. Good experience here. Front desk help (Lauren) was terrific--knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. The breakfast spread was good, waffles and french toast included.Good value for money.

the checkout clerk was responsive to problems stated. the bug on the bedspread. There was a bug on the bedspread. There seemed to be some malfunction with the lock on the door. Most troubling was the fact that the maid knocked on the door at 10am even though there was a "do not disturb" sign. I also got two hang up calls prior to 12 noon and suspect that it was the maid calling to see if somebody was really in the room. After the second hang up, I immediately heard the door across the hall close and when I opened the door, saw the maid head down the hall. I asked if she had called my room and she denied it. The check out clerk said that the maid had also called the front desk to see if I was in the room.
