The staff were very friendly and helpful. It is very conveniently located to the the commuter rail. There were a few different eating options in the immediate area.

I loved the room decor as well as the temperature in the room was great. The staff was very pleasant and the lobby was very nice as well as though out the hotel. I had no complaints.

Due to circumstances we only stayed one night, but would definatley stay here again. It is a new hotel and everything in it was clean and new. The breakfast was good and varied and the breakfast dining area was clean and roomy and included a TV for the morning news. The bed was firm... good if you like that. The linens were clean and crisp. The room was small, but adequate for a one night stay for two, if all you need is a place to sleep. The price was no bargin, but given the proximity to Boston it's probably OK.

Clean. Interior hall ways locked - I didn't carry my key to the lobby desk, breakfst too late 6:00 am flight.

The room was clean. New towels may need to be acquired. Blackout curtains definately work. Bed comfortable. A/C a bit noisy.

The motel fitted our needs based on location, cost, and availability. The inner hallway door locks were an annoyance. Shouldn't have to leave the lobby and use a key card to gain access to your hall. The house music in the breakfast area was also annoying. It was too load with the TV going and the conversation. It made everything louder. The staff was almost too eager to clean rooms. Do they need to be knocking on doors at 8 a.m.?

The hotel is clean and fairly new, but we had a few problems. Our toilet leaked, and the entire floor from the tub to the sink was wet the whole time. Also, an inexperienced hotel clerk made a few mistakes upon check in.

we came to needham area to visit our daughter. this hotel had the lowest price within four exits on I 95. the hotel is east to get to off of I 95 (exit 15A). the room was pleasant and clean. the walls are a bit thin but we were able to sleep just fine. the best part was the continental breakfast. there was a good assortment of cereals (hot & cold), skim & regular milk, yogurt, muffins, toast fresh fruit, juice coffee, tea and best of all a waffel maker. the staff was very helpful. coffee & tea are available afterhours in the lobby

Location. The room was miniscule. The hotel was clean, the staff was efficient, the location was convenient for all the events I had to attend. It was also convenient to food and shopping.

Includes breakfast with Do It Yourself fresh waffles. Noisy room heater. Provided shampoo and soap but no body moisturizer. We were in the Boston area to visit family, so we were not planning on spending much time at our hotel. The Fairfield Inn Dedham was easy to find from I-95 with directions from the evening desk staff. The room was clean and neat, if a bit small. But since we didn't spend much time in the room, the size was not a problem. The room was equipped with an iron, a coffee pot, and an Ethernet connection, as well as the TV and telephone one expects. All the staff members with whom we interacted were polite and helpful. Included with the room was a self-serve buffet breakfast with typical continental fare and cereal. The breakfast also included a Do It Yourself waffle iron and batter dispenser, which was almost foolproof (I say almost because there was one guest who didn't read the directions card next to the iron and had some problems getting her waffle cooked). My 10-year-old daughter, on the other hand, managed without any difficulty. In late November, it was delightful to have hot waffles for breakfast. The only thing in which I was disappointed in was the room heater that alternated between noisily heating the room and then shutting off completely and no body moisturizer. If the heater had been noisy all the time or quiet all the time, it would have been better; the cycling woke me up at night. And I have assumed that the hotel would provide body moisturizer because the last 2 hotels I had stayed in did. The lack of moisturizer was a minor inconvenience; I should have brought my own from home or run out to one of the nearby stores to get some.

Staff knowledgeable of area and helpful with any problems. Need softer more absorbent towels, no arrangement with restaurant to charge to room. The bed was one of the most comfortable ever, not just for hotels! The linens were soft and cozy, too. When they do their new remodel, I hope they will improve the quality of the towels.

The hotel was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The hotel was inconvenient to location we were traveling to.
