Proximity to airport and shuttle service.

Location to the airport was ideal. Noise from the highway. When staying near the airport, the Fairfield has better accommodations than the Holiday Inn for the same price.

They let me park my car and shuttled me to the airport. I arrived on a Wed, flew out that evening and actually didn't stay there until Thursday evening. But, they let me park my car and shuttled me to the airport starting on Wednesday.

The staff was very welcoming and helpful. Some room amenities were out of order (microwave). Comfortable, clean with an excellent staff.

It is pet friendly. Entrance into the parking lot. A very nice hotel with a great area to walk the dog. A great breakfast and good facilities.

The best continental breakfast I have seen in a very long time. Very friendly staff and nice extra amenities. They definitely went out of their way to make it a nice stay.

The room was nice and included a small fridge. I was glad there was a nice ironing board. I wish that they leave extra creamers and sugar for the in room coffee. I like the hotel very much. The staff was very nice and helpful. I forgot my brush and the front desk helped me out. The breakfast was very nice and the coffee was excellent. The bed and linens were very nice. I appreciated the extra blanket that was in the room.

Location only. Illumination, lack of freshness, no internet. While located convenient to the Idaho Falls airport, it was a total disappointment. Dark and dingy interior to a surprisingly unsafe feel in the hallway and lack of internet.

More friendly people than one can imagine right down to the hotel maids wonderful experience.

Very accommodating staff. First room was not cleaned. Although, the cleaning staff needed more supervision, the night management were very willing to correct the problem and pleasant.

Good overall experience. If you wanted local attractions it may not be best location. Clean, friendly, and good breakfast.

My 5 year old grandson lives in Boise & he came over to visit. He & I had a great time in the pool. It is kid friendly. I was hoping it would have a desk in the room instead of just a table. Also, there was no place for luggage. We enjoyed staying there and will stay there again but I think I will ask if they have a portable luggage rack. The beds are comfortable and the room was far cleaner than many motels we have stayed in.

Clean and comfortable. The bar area was disappointing, and the room did not have a mini fridge. Nice people, and a nice place to sleep, but that's about it.

The staff quickly changed our room when we brought a leaky sprinkler head and bad smell to their attention. Our room had wet carpet and a funny smell from a sprinkler head. Not up to snuff with what I expect from a Marriott outfit. It seemed like and old hotel with a few updates, but it still looked kind of dumpy (for a Marriott). Our room had a strong smell when we entered, and a wet spot on the carpet from a leaky sprinkler head. Luckily, they switched our room right away when we brought it to their attention. However, the hotel manager said they already knew about the problem. Why did the still rent the room?
