This place was excellent for our purposes--a comfortable, clean respite from the hard work of moving our son out of his apartment. The provided breakfast was just fine and the staff at the front desk were very helpful. Hard to beat at the price.

Enjoyed staying here and enjoyed my stay. I went to Un. of Michigan to see 1st round NCAA Women's softball. I got there, did my 2 mile walk and meet the Notre Dame Fightin' Irish team. I was greeted with hugs and smiles, high 5s. The girls won 2 and lost 2-thanks U. of M.Hugs all around.

My family and I recently stayed at the Fairfield inn- Ann Arbor MI. What a delightful experience!!! The management and staff went out of their way to help us. They were especially attentive to helping my handicap son. They could see he was having trouble getting some of his breakfast and came up and helped him and made him feel good about himself doing it. . The rooms were not what one would expect from a Fairfield. They were bright, clean and good lighting for my mature eyes!! I will defintely recommend the Fairfield Inn Ann Arbor to others and will stay with them again!!!

check-in fine....large lobby with free breakfast. Free internet service was excellent. Room was small but comfy. Nice flat screen TV. Lots of parking. Need better signage to find it.

Front desk staff. Had money stolen from my room. The location is central to Ann Arbor and the staff at front desk was responsive to problems. Between getting money stolen in my room, food going bad because refrigerator didn't work and not getting the two beds I requested, not one of my best experiences.

Price and location. The comforter was really thin, but otherwise adequate. The free internet kiosk with free printing in the lobby was great for itineraries. Location was right near all the things we wanted to see in Ann Arbor during the art fair. Pool and hot tub looked nice if you were there for that.

I originally selected this hotel because it was 18 cheaper per night. However, I was pleasantly surprised by how confortable the beds were, how clean the facility was and it even had a nice continental breakfast and pool on site. I would definitely recommend this hotel as a great value for your money!

Fairfield Ann Arbor was a clean, neat hotel as we have found at all Fairfield hotels where we have stayed. the staff was very friendly. the breakfast was very adequate. We will stay here again when we visit our daughter.

Nice breakfast, didn't expect wi-fi, quiet area slept well. Indoor pool very cold, awakened by housekeeping one morning. I don't travel much so I'm not the best critic, but my general impression was this was a clean hotel with ample amenities for me and a friendly accommodating staff. It was close to but not right on the main freeway and easy to find.

The Fairfield Inn by Marriot overall is a nice place. We were only in Ann Arbor for one night. Hotel was very clean and the free breakfast was very nice and had a lot of variety! Not your typical continental breakfast! However we were not impressed with the room size and the bathroom configuration was odd. Sink and mirror were out in the room. It was fine for us as a married couple, however this room would be suitable for one person or people who got along very well! No privacy! We were at the end of the hall and there was a lot of noise from people coming and going and the walls were a little thin. Value for our money was on the poor side! I know prices were inflated due to football season and Michigan had a home game. If you need a place to stay for one night it is great, however I wouldn't reccommend it for anything longer.
