Easy check in and very clean and comfortable rooms. Staff was most helpful in locating shopping and convenience items that were needed.

Very friendly Housekeeping. Excellent restaurants and shopping centers all over the place.

Rooms were very clean but lacked appeal. This is not what I'm accustomed to seeing at a Fairfield Inn.

Staff was helpful. Nothing. Clean and friendly staff, but cleaning staff needs to vacuum at least 3 time weekly when the staff is staying over 7 days. Overall GREAT!

What I loved about this hotel was the level of cleanliness. I could not find a spot or speck of dust anywhere. Also, the bed was very comfortable and the hotel was very quiet. I slept as good as I do at home, which is rare in a hotel. You also get free HBO movies and free WIFI. The negatives are the location of the hotel and the room decor, very plain.

The bed was comfortable. The first room smelled moldy, but they moved us to a new room as soon as we told them of the problem. It had 2 computers available in the lobby, free breakfast, and laundry facilities ($1.00 to wash and $1.00 to dry). The exercise room looked really nice as did the pool.

surprisingly quiet given its location in the flight path.

Thefree breakfast had a good selection. It was hard to control the room climate (temperature and humidity).

Professional staff. Safety and location was great. Computers consistently had connection problems. Conveniently located with a great shopping center and restaurants.

Nice environment. Very comfortable. No accommodations for smokers. Had to go outside to smoke on chilly days/nights. Housekeeping didn't show up the first day. On the second day housekeeping didn't take out garbage. Left an empty pizza box on the dresser. Smokers need somewhere indoors to smoke. No one likes to pay for a room and have to go outdoors to smoke. I can understand why they may not want smoking in the rooms but they should provide an indoor area for those who smoke.

Ambiance was good and overall experience was memorable. None. Excellent recommendation to friends who want a quality hotel on a shoe string budget. Staff was very friendly (smiles) and attentive.

It was in a quiet neighborhood. Far from Bourbon Street. The roach on the curtains, the horrible front desk woman. Our room smelled smokey, despite it being smoke-free. The front desk woman seemed irritated by our presence in her hotel. There was a 2 inch roach on our curtain. But, the beds were very comfy.

Excellent breakfast choices, very friendly and helpful staff. Beds were very soft. The hotel was very clean. I was very impressed with the breakfast choices and the helpful staff. The staff went out of their way to cater to me and my children. The cleaning service ladies did an excellent job of making sure you had plenty of towels, etc. without having to ask. I would recommend this hotel to everyone I know plus I plan to return again myself. Also, the hotel has a small market/food shop that is open 24 hours a day so you can purchase cold drinks, juices, snacks, sandwiches, or other items you may have forgotten to pack.

Friendly staff. Nice rooms andfree breakfast.. The walls are very thin! This hotel is a great choice, it's nicer rooms (3rd floor) are easily comparable to such hotels as the Hilton Garden Inn, Radisson (New Orleans) etc. The staff is very friendly, helpful & the breakfast is a nice treat!

The hotel was close to the mall. No one answered the phone at the desk on the two times I called and there was few guests for that to happen. The hotel is very close to a major mall, but that made getting to it really hard. Everything was new. The dining area was pretty and they had a free continental breakfast which was a big plus. The rooms had a motel feel to it because of the plainness, but there were refrigerators and microwave in the room. The hotel was nearly empty and no one at the desk answered the phone. This hotel still deserves two stars, but two other two star hotels in the same are within a mile are heads and shoulders above this one.

Great location and very good continental breakfast offering. One cleaning staff member was very loud and seemed to disregard the guests staying in the rooms. The location was very convenient and the decor was nice. The front desk staff was friendly and having the Market was convenient. The continental breakfast was the best one offered during our cross country drive. In the morning, the cleaning staff did not seem to care that guests were still in their rooms. The woman cleaning the room next to us kept banging the door with the lock placed so it would keep the door unlocked. This banging was loud and disruptive to our room. It seemed like someone kept knocking on our door. Also, the same cleaning person blocked the hallway with the cart and laundry and did not seem to care when we needed to get by. She was blocking the hallway with the carts and continued to talk on her cell phone when we tried to get through with our bags.

For the price it was wonderful and well worth it. Not enough parking. The hotel was great. There was some construction going on inside the casino but it was quite at night. The only thing they really need is a larger parking garage. They only have a 2 storey garage for a hotel that need at least 4 floors to park on.

Nice parking lot. 8am wake up knock on door from housekeeping. End of the runway, 747 vapor trail special, with lots of soft fluffy pillows.
